This posting is a workshop offering a brief introduction to the Uranian system of astrology and how to use the 90 Degree Dial. This workshop is not aimed at anyone brand new to astrology. A basic or beginners knowledge of western astrology is required; one must know the symbols and glyphs as used in basic western astrology 12-house horoscope charts before one partakes in this workshop.

History
The 90 Degree Dial was a tool that came out from the Hamburg School of Astrology during the unfortunate years of Nazi Germany. The founder of the school (Alfred Witte) committed suicide to avoid going to a concentration camp. Alfred Witte reportedly upset Hitler over accurate astrology predictions and analysis he made about the fate of Germany and about Adolph Hitler himself. Hitler decided that a trip to a concentration camp and the termination of the Hamburg School of Astrology was a needed remedy for those who wrote negatively about the government and "called it as they saw it" via Witte's Uranian system of astrology.
Description
The 90 Degree Dial is based on placement of the planets, luminaries, and zodiac points on a dial with a 90 degree format. The dial contains three sectors based on the Cardinal Signs (Capricorn, Cancer, Aries, and Libra) that are 0 to 29 degrees, the Fixed Signs (Scorpio, Taurus, Aquarius, and Leo) which are 30 to 59 degrees, and the last third of the dial are the Mutable Signs (Gemini, Sagittarius, Virgo, and Pisces) from 60 to 89 degrees. Hence, it looks something like this:
Please note that the only aspects and angles considered in Uranian Astrology are 8th Harmonic aspects (i.e. Conjunction (0 degrees), Semi-Square (45 degrees), Square (90 degrees), Sesquiquadrate (135 degrees), and Opposition (180 degrees). One will note that the Squares, Oppositions, and Conjunctions between the zodiac planets or points show up very easily in the same sector (or are very close to each other), while planets and points involved with Semi-Squares and Sesquiquadrates show up on opposite ends of the dial.
Three types of planetary pictures are used with the 90 Degree Dial. A Type One Planetary Picture is a Midpoint (i.e. (Poseidon / Venus) / 2), and a Type Two Planetary Picture is an addition (i.e. Poseidon + Venus) with the numbers based on the placement on the 90 degree dial. Note that a Type One and a Type Two Planetary picture are essentially the same in terms of 8th Harmonic synastry. A Type Three Planetary Picture is an addition of a planet that is subtracted from a Type 2 Planetary picture. For example, Poseidon / Venus (or Poseidon + Venus) represents a "congregation of the faithful" according to most Uranian Astrology interpretations. If we subtract lucky Jupiter from the Type Two Planetary Picture (i.e. Poseidon + Venus - Jupiter) we get "a fortunate and harmonious congregation of the faithful."

These include Cupido, Hades, Zeus, Kronos, Apollon, Admetos, Vulcanus, and Poseidon. The original definitions are below:

And here are Uranian Astrology interpretations for common western astrology planets, luminaries, and zodiac points. As mentioned in the beginning of this workshop, one is assumed to know the glyphs for these western astrology terms and descriptions (so please don't ask for the symbol glyphs).
Queen Elizabeth II Basic Chart

Uranian 90 Degree Dial:
"Is Queen Elizabeth II active in organizations that are involved in the occult or ceremonial magick?"
According to both authors recommended in the beginning of this post, Hades / Apollon (or Hades + Apollon) represents the formula to consider for "the occult; occult knowledge; ceremonial magick."
Mars is the planet of action. and this will be the planet to be subtracted from Hades / Apollon to define "actions or activities involving the occult, occult knowledge, or ceremonial magick."
Note that Hades + Apollon is represented by Hades / Apollon with the 90 Degree Dial. We found Mars, and located the equal space amount to the left of Hades / Apollon at 17 degrees 25 minutes in the cardinal section.
We now turn the dial with the pointer on this pre-marked spot (17 degrees 25 minutes) that is equal to the degree space to the right of Hades / Apollon up to Mars.
Now we look for midpoints that are equal to this spot:
For orb purposes, I like to use 3 minutes or less for non-Ascendant or non-Midheaven related data and 4 minutes or less with data that involves the Midheaven or Ascendant. We see that two midpoints are very close to this point, Venus / Mars and Sun / Mercury.
Venus / Mars has a lot to do with sexual activity or a particular fondness for activity that involves intimate relations with people. Sun / Mercury has a lot to do with communications of the individual, especially from an outward personality perspective. Also note that Sun / Mercury is defined as "the young body" in Hans Niggemann's Uranian astrology text as well.
Sexual activity is a known component in some occult practices and ceremonial magick practices. Hence, I would say that Queen Elizabeth II probably may have been involved with some very private ceremonial magick practices that involved sexual activity (Venus / Mars) among the participants, but probably in younger years (Sun / Mercury). Hence, "activities involving the occult or ceremonial magick" = "sexual activity in younger years."
Aleister Crowley's Data On The Basic Western Dial
Uranian Dial Placement Of Crowley Data:
Occultist Aleister Crowley once claimed that he murdered 150 children in his ceremonial magick ritualistic practices. Children are usually used for ritualistic sacrifice by certain cults for the purpose of exposing and then obtaining their energy released upon death. And yes, this is a form of vampirism that calls for the death penalty or a life behind bars, depending on how the law treats such monsters.
So the question is "Did Aleister Crowley murder 150 children as he claimed?"
For this question, we look at the formula for murder. Hans Niggemann reveals three Type Two Planetary Pictures in his text, and these include Mars / Hades, Uranus / Hades, and Hades / Vulcanus. I personally like Mars / Hades the best.
For children, we will use Mercury as the point that will be subtracted from the Mars + Hades picture. Mercury has been defined as "younger people" in the Western Astrology planets section I provided in the beginning of this posting.
The point for investigation is 21 degrees 8 minutes this time. We come up with midpoints that are fairly close again in this case Hades / Kronos and Moon / Saturn.
This is significant because Niggemann defines Hades + Kronos as the "the kernel formula for the high level criminal." Moon / Saturn can define absence or restrictions (Saturn) of a mother-figure (Moon), and children separated from their mother are ideal targets to be snatched by a high level criminal who murders children.
So yes. Crowley probably did murder 150 children in his ceremonial magickal rituals. And he probably murdered some adults as well, especially women (since Moon / Saturn is defined as "lonely women" in the Niggemann text).
