Here's what Wikipedia says took place on December 29, 2013, starting at 12:45 PM in the Volgograd area of Southern Russia:

On 29 December 2013, a suicide bombing took place at the Volgograd-1 station in the city of Volgograd, in the Volgograd Oblast of Southern Russia. It killed 18 people and injured at least 44, 38 of whom were hospitalized.^[1][2] The attack occurred around 12:45 Moscow Time,^[4] close to metal detectors near the entrance of the station.^[5] The bomb contained the equivalent of 10 kilograms (22 lb) of TNT. Footage of the explosion was captured by one CCTV camera inside the station and one outside.^[2]

The attack was initially thought to have been carried out by a female suicide bomber,^[6][7][8] sometimes known in Russian as a shahidka ("Black Widow"). Authorities identified the perpetrator as Oksana Aslanova.^[6] However, there was later uncertainty as to the identity of the bomber,^[9] with some news agencies stating the perpetrator was male.^[10] Some sources reported that the last name of the perpetrator was Pavlov.^[11] On 30 December it was reported that the perpetrator was an ethnic Russian convert to Islam from the city of Volzhsk, in the Mari El Republic, by the name of Pavel Pechenkin, who changed his name to Ar-Rusi after conversion to Islam.^[12][13][14] He was born to an ethnic Russian father, Nikolai, and a Muslim mother, Fanaziya, who both appealed to their son to abstain from violence and attempted to find him in Dagestan.^[15]

Increasing the confusion, some newspapers mistakenly reported Pechenkin as responsible for the 30 December Volgograd explosion (in the trolleybus).^[12] No group has claimed responsibility for the attacks.^[16] Experts suspect Doku Umarov, an Islamist militant, who has called for suicide terror attacks and has a history of supporting past attacks, is behind the current attacks in Volgograd.^[17]

And here's what Wikipedia claims to have taken place with John F. Kennedy's assassination:

A ten-month investigation from November 1963 to September 1964 by the Warren Commission concluded that Kennedy was assassinated by Lee Harvey Oswald, acting alone, and that Jack Ruby also acted alone when he killed Oswald before he could stand trial.

Hence:

what you see and what you hear are two different things, as well as what facts get reported on by the media and are thus used for explaining why an event took place (as opposed to what really happened). Keep this in mind when looking at an event from an astrological perspective since it is easy to be swayed by the media, as the media may have the event description or explanation of rationale for the event completely different when compared to what actually happened.

My earliest experiment involving Uranian astrology and an explosion was Chernobyl in the 1980's, and astrologer Gary Christen did the explanation and interpretation. He stressed the importance of the Midheaven (MC), since it was "the spot or location on Earth" (or related to it thereof. There are techniques involving calculating EXACT locations different than Midheaven, but we will keep it simple with a simple Midheaven. The Midheaven is the line that bisects the 10th and 9th houses, located at 17 degrees Capricorn 13 minutes):

Hence we have a "conspiracy theory" theme of large-scale corruption versus a "mainstream media" theme of religious fanatics with bombs!!!!! 

BUT WAIT: we have other tools at our disposal. Let's look at zero degrees Aries (or zero degrees Libra, zero degrees Cancer, or zero degrees Capricorn. This forms "the cardinal world points.") This defines "the event having an impact on the Earth:"

Now let's do the same "A" and "B" approach for the Aries tree above. The last combination of the two planetary pictures on the Aries tree swings the theme interpretation into the "large scale corruption" area, as opposed to the "religious fanatic organization" being preached by the mainstream media:

My gut feeling is that the Volgograd bombing was made possible by a government made up of high level criminals involved in international finance that is quite risky, as defined by the last two planetary pictures. I doubt that Putin was involved with this since he has been flexible on the world financial stage and seems to be avoiding risky international finance or risky financial practices taking place in his country.

The probability of insensitive military corporation involvement or a military group following the wrong idea is also possible with this bombing per Cupido/Zeus and Midheaven/Neptune. Again, this swings the theme into the "large scale corruption" area, as opposed to the "religious fanatics" area.

Saudi Arabia is the prime suspect, as Saudi Arabia Prince Bandar had threatened Putin with an attack on the Winter Olympics last August regarding a request for withdrawal of support for Syria. And note also that a clique appears to be forming with Saudi Arabia, the United States, and Israel due to the Syrian protection being given by Russia (who, like Iran, will use currencies other than the dollar on the international finance stage and commodity exchange involving the defined or requested types of money in exchange for such). 

Here's the Saudi Arabia story reported by infowars.com:

As we reported at the time, the threat was made during a closed-door meeting between Prince Bandar and Putin at the beginning of August.

According to a transcript of the comments made during the meeting by Middle Eastern news agency Al Monitor, Bandar made a series of promises and threats to Putin in return for Moscow withdrawing its support for Assad in Syria.

“I can give you a guarantee to protect the Winter Olympics next year,” Bandar allegedly stated, adding, “The Chechen groups that threaten the security of the games are controlled by us.”

Bandar made it clear that his position was supported by the US government.

This “guarantee” to stop the Chechens from attacking the Sochi Olympics was also obviously a veiled threat that if Russia did not abandon Assad, terrorist attacks would be given the green light.

I am particularly alarmed over the involvement of Chechen natives, as these were reported to be the same group involved in the Boston Marathon Bombing (and note that the accused Boston Marathon Bomber, like the Aurora shooter, claimed to be a victim of mind control; the Aurora shooter claimed it had him feel "like I was in a video game.")  Click  https://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_detailpage&v=dLJWLGgHZLY for the 26 min. video. Also note that the parents of Boston Marathon Bombing suspect Tamerlan Tsarnyev  (a native of Chechnya) claimed that their son was set up by the FBI with the bombing).

Hence, I suspect that an involvement of Saudi Arabia and certain military weapon corporations were responsible with the Volgograd bombing, since any new oil access or avenue that involves a non-debt-based currency could have a negative effect on Saudi Arabian dollar-priced oil, and an outbreak of peace could have a negative effect on purchase orders for military corporations selling objects "that go bang" (and that also destroy whole weddings and towns in order to get that one terrorist suspect).

This may be a sign of desperation in the dollar-based international finance community.
