  Also without the struggles and difficult choices in life we wouldn't be who we are to day I don't believe in this so called perfect life everything is put in front of us to test our souls and us a person to grow stronger and wiser. That's why I love making mistakes to learn from them to grow spiritually mentally and physically.

    I totally agree David...All the decisions we make and struggles we have shape us into who we become and to have soul growth.  I often think that because my life has been so full of trouble and trials and pain and grief that I just had a lot of things to learn..... and I continue to learn every day.  At the end of each day I lay still and think to myself, so what have I learned today, and I always come up with something, even though it may seem simple or trite, but I like my daily review, it inspires me for the next day.  Sometimes I did not know I was learning or growing in any way until I reflect.

      As I say everyday is like a book had the end of each day/chapter always reflect on whatve you learned and the mistakes you have mad in that day to face tomorrow a stronger person.

  Thank you for sharing this.  Your Grandmother was or is a very wise woman, and what she said is perfect and I believe very true.     My Gram also shared a similar wisdom to me which has blessed my life in so many ways.  She used to tell me that there are infinite choices in life, and as a living person it is our choice alone as to what we want to create in our life and how we want to live it.  It does not matter what others think your choices should be; it is what brings happiness and a feeling of fulfillment to one's life that is all that really matters. As your grandmother said, live true to who you are and you will find contentment and peace in life.  If a person lives in harmony with their inner feelings then it is never wrong and trying to live up to others' expectations is never the road to happiness, only frustration.  My grandmother also used to tell me we are open to the whole smorgasborg of the experiences and wonders of the infinite universal possibilities, and it is up to us what we want to put on our plate and fill ourselves of; and that is what feeds us and makes us grow. That is why even though I am thought of as different or odd, I love myself just the way I am and so should you.  Having been dead and revived three times I learned that as an emmerging soul coming into the 3D experience that you DO choose before you are incarnated and born what you wish to experience.  I struggled with that concept greatly at first until I realized that it is true.  We are never victims, we are creators.  So trust your choices, they are for a reason and your soul knows the reasons. We are creators and it is up to us to create the life we want and if we do not like what we are experiencing, we as creators can create something different.  I have obviously made some pretty strange choices before I incarnated in this lifetime and sometimes think to myself..."what to hell was I thinking".  But I have to trust that my choices of experiences and hardships I have lived through, I chose for a reason.  I have to trust my soul to know the answers to the whys...That is the key to being at peace.  

  We even chose to have such wonderful and wise grandmothers with great wisdom in our lives...We made a very good choice.
