Buddhist monks do a lot of meditation and Mantra chanting to control their mind.
Firstly Mind must be tamed to create good positive thoughts.
Secondly use good words for words containing abusive language ( Swear Words ) ...lead to actions like fights, breaking objects and generally you become violent and destructive in nature but had you controlled your words then no violence and destruction would have resulted.
Abusive language ( swear words ) have become a norm on this planet largely due to media ..violent nature movies where lot of swear words are used.
ONE MUST REMEMBER SWEAR WORDS ARE LIKE POISON ...these poisionios words effect other living entities and nature...using swear words while eating or drinking changes the molucalular structure of the food and drink and then it has a poisionios effect on you.
Planetary Ascension is effected by your thoughts, words and deeds.

Solution to those who use abusive language is heavy fines, rehabitalitation centres and last resort put them on an island where all use swear words and they will end up fighting and killing each other and thats the end of those who use swear words on Planet Mother Earth.
Remember empty vessels make the most noise ...meaning those who have hollow heads lacking knowledge are the ones who mostly use abusive language thinking they are tough but are actually dumb dumb
