It doesn't seem to be any current epidemic in Mexico so... is more likely that your own goverment is spreading those diseases.
THAT'S BULLCRAP SOLARKID. I have taken care of and set up airborne isolation of MANY illegal aliens with tuberculosis, set up contact isolation of MANY illegal aliens with scabies, and assisted with infected AV fistula corrections of MANY illegal aliens with chronic kidney failure issues (in which the AV fistula is needed for dialysis of the blood due to kidney failure), AND THIS WAS ALL DONE AT U.S. TAXPAYER EXPENSE.
MEXICO DOES NOT CARE OR GIVE A DAMN ABOUT CERTAIN PATIENTS (especially poor ones) WITH CERTAIN CHRONIC ILLNESSES OR CERTAIN ENDEMIC DISEASES (like scabies), AND THAT IS ONE OF THE REASONS THESE PEOPLE ARE FLEEING HERE IN THE UNITED STATES.
Maybe you should address the atrocities of the Mexican government (even if they aren't white) because you do not know what you are talking about relative to the real situation taking place in Arizona, California, and Texas.
As a medical professional you should realize that part of the problem, if not the biggest part, is uninformed parents and people that belive that they shouldn't vaccine their children and themselves because vaccines may cause cancer/autism/etc..

Vaccination problems can be prevented in a very simple and legal way: JUST SAY NO.
I am aware of the vaccination problem, and I warn my patients of the bullsh!t that is placed in vaccinations, such as dangerous preservatives and unattenuated pathogens that may not be completely dead (resulting in one getting the disease instead of building an immunity to the disease). I am more concerned about new strains of airborne TB that are resistant to our current drug regimen. XDR-TB on US-Mexico Border
On March 1, 2013, the Wall Street Journal reported that a Nepalese man detained at the US-Mexico border was diagnosed with extensively drug-resistant TB. XDR-TB is defined as a strain that is resistant to isoniazid and rifampin, plus any fluoroquinolone, and at least one of 3 second-line drugs.5 The contact tracing investigation in this case was complicated because the man had traveled a circuitous route through multiple countries before being detained and diagnosed by US Immigrations and Customs Enforcement officials. No further information on this investigation is publicly available, but to date, the case has not resulted in any documented transmission.
The CDC has reported that TB incidence rates are 11.5 times higher in foreign-born residents than in people born in the US.1 This case illustrates the need for heightened awareness of and surveillance for TB among foreign born people, especially those visiting from countries where there are high rates of drug resistant disease.
