Open oneself more to find and feel the change. yoga, start a meditation practice, read spiritual books, join meetup groups in your area to meet new people, I joined a local indigo meetup group and other meetup groups and could not recommend it more.....you socialize, meet like minded people, and gain support, some are free others cost money.....

do some exploring of your inner mind if you want. the information that's stored in there can be incredible and its got in there without the acknowledgement of it going in there in the first place. you may find something about yourself you never knew. only try if your all clear of negativeness though otherwise you might un earth something you don't need. much love princess x wish you luck and joy x
