When you are feeling an emotion and you are not sure why, always remember that the emotion is very likely not yours. It may be and probably is coming from another source. That alone can help you to break away from feeling that emotion coming from another.

So often we forget that an emotion is not ours and our mind thinks that the emotion belongs to it, and so then it gives us reasons why it would be ours, and it comes up with stories, things happening in our own lives, stories about those things to explain why we are emotional.

But those stories, negative as they may be, were not the cause of our emotion. The emotion was another’s.

Be aware of the people around you and know that the emotions you are feeling, when they are coming out of nowhere, are not necessarily yours and are probably not yours.

But when we own them we are not allowing the other person to release their burdens. We must allow one another to feel.

Many empaths also are gifted healers and with this healing quality often comes compassion which is a beautiful quality for a being to have, but when that person begins to value others over theirself, the compassion becomes self-sacrificing and that cannot truly benefit anyone because when you are self-sacrificing you harm yourself.

Many people are overly negative because they are experiencing a lot of negativity and they are trying to handle it. That is all. They are wanting to better handle it. And so sometimes people do think too much of themselves, sometimes they are selfish in their actions, and so we think that is wrong, it is wrong to be selfish, and then we decide that the opposite must be right.

But you know, neither benefit. Neither do. It is with love of others that we give to each other and it is with love of ourself that we give to ourself.

And when we are balanced we are in tranquility and that tranquility causes everyone to have enough. Everyone can have enough and everyone will.

There is no fear where I am from.

There is no fear in the Pleiades. We are equally balanced, giving to each in turn. Everyone can work together.

Everyone can have enough kindness and everyone can be at peace.

It is a fear of not having enough for ourselves that causes us to be selfish and it is a fear of others not having enough that causes us to be self-sacrificing.

When we are self-sacrifing we take on the burdens of others and we do not allow them to learn to heal theirself.

Heal yourself healer. Give time to yourself and honor your own emotional space. Do not give it to another by choosing to take on their emotions, because it will not truly benefit them. It only takes away from them the ability for them to learn from it.

No emotion that is negative is truly harmful. Nothing negative truly is. Negativity is the great instructor.

Negativity is our guide, guiding us into positivity when we let go and trust and allow and when we do not fear the outcome.

Then negativity teaches us its lesson and we move on to greater things and higher accomplishments.

We are wonderful. All of us are wonderful. I am wonderful and valuable and each of you are wonderful and valuable.

You are all worthy. You are all worthy of great things. You will go through things sometimes that are difficult but you can pull through.

You always have the strength to face all burdens and uplift them off of you.

We do not discourage your aiding of others. Aid one another and uplift one another. Help each other, as we also help you.

But know that you are worthy of healing yourself and it is not necessary to take on too much for yourself and when you are doing so, when you are taking on the burdens of others, your cup is becoming empty and you must fill it.

If your cup is empty you cannot replenish another. When your cup is full you can benefit everyone around you.
