It is a matter of integrity for us as Enlightened Workers to show those who are displaying erratic behaviours all due respects and compassion as they go through the process of transitioning into higher states of consciousness.

A case of do as I do, not as I say

Whether people choose to admit this or not, they become a part of communities such as this because they recognize kindred spirit who are on a similar awakening path.

The paths may appear to be different at face value, 

But the destination is the same for all.

Anyone who is truly working in the trenches of their fears knows the insanity people randomly display comes with the territory when you are pushing the boundaries of your consciousness.

It is not  mater of fault.

Nor is it a sign of madness

Nor is the person broken.

All who are headed in the same direction are subject to the same forces of nature.

Spritiual healing is all about exposing your personal demons to the world.

Your dirty little secrets if you will.

Whether you harbour hidden desires of world domination, 

Or sexual promiscuity.

Or the need to wear a potato sack at formal dinners.

Or you think tourettes inspired outbursts at sunday mass are entirely appropriate,

Or (your other dark secret)

Or (your other, other dark secret)

Or (your  other, other, other dark secret)

is irrelevant.

Energetically the impact the have on the individual is the same.

All lay hidden within the shadow of the soul.

And you cannot free yourself from the restrictions your secret places upon you until you play it, out in some manner in real life. (verbalize it is sufficient).

Touch the shadow, and embrace what is there.

Guilt, shame, embarrassment, anxiety,

The urge to remove your own spleen with a spoon,

All part of the process

It's a shitty deal.

And it is the price that must be paid for personal evolution.

To be critiqued by your peers whilst at your must vulnerable.

By choice. 

There is no greater fear.

It is not a choice that many make.

Much easier to blame the past for our situation.

Or someone else.

Anything but share our dark little secret of their own volition.

Which would empower us change our life on our own.

This is why so few escape the confines of duality.

Because only a few have the conviction to step into their dualistic shadow and recognize their dark 

And give it equal billing with the rest of their identities.

Which is a shame because this the heart of the ascension process.

This is how you enlighten your  dark.

As simple, and as terrifying as that.

It is easier all round if make conscious decision to step off the cliff, (otherwise known as surrender), because you can maintain some semblance of control over the fall. (hmmmmm, fall, interesting).

As a number of people are doing at this time.

But if you have given intent to take that step and have been unable to do so consciously, it is only a matter of time before the higher self takes matters into its own hands and  pushes you over the edge. (otherwise known as being humbled).

As is happening to a number of people at this time.

This is not a break down.

It is an integral part of the souls healing process.

And the sooner we all recognize it as such and show true understanding, compassion and appropriate support to those who have had the courage to take that step, or given their higher self permission to push them, (because the higher self will only intervene if you give it permission to), the sooner we can get to work  sharing this process with the greater community.

This is the work of the Enlightened Worker.

First they enlighten themselves

Then help others to do the same.

Nothing more.

Nothing less..

You can't heal others of that which you are not healed yourself.

In the mean time, just be respectful of people who are hurting.

Show them as much compassion as you can muster.

Even when their hurt reminds you of your own.

It is enough.
