1. maintain engaging fun activities, as long as they dont hurt you or others around you, the feeling on fun and joy in itself is a high vibration and can come in countless forms, do whats right for yourself.
2. start doing little things more throughout the day that can help other people and/or yourself become happier and healthier or ingeneral more well off, the focus is to improve the lives of others as well as yourself, it can be anything from picking up something somebody dropped to giving up unhealthy habits in favor of newer ones that serve you/others highest good.
4. think independantly and while keeping an open mind, and let your common sense and intuition guide you on what feels correct, dont let others ensnare you into their drama because you can lose yourself in it, there are many in this world who for their own security try to push their messages and beleifs onto others, and even some with malevolent intentions of harming another person. stay grounded and open minded, but still steadfast in your own sense of truth. acknoledge truth when it presents itself and remain flexible enough to make adjustments but not so flexible that you lose your ability to think on your own.
4. embrace duality as a part of the natural flow of the 3d, and expand your sense of divine infinite empowerment so that external negative influences wont bother you anymore, this way you wont have to censor your vibrational input to just that of pure love and happy thoughts. expand your inherant divinity within and soon you will become immune to things that used to bother or upset you. in order to turn this world around we need strong, capable and divinely empowered beings with fully realized inner potential, i say fully realise because one needs to realise and embrace this aspect of reality on a deep level before they can allow themselves to experience it's potential, which brings me to number 5...
5. dont set limits of what you think you can acheive, open yourself to the possibility that you CAN -fill in blank- and then pursue with gusto. the only thing that limits us besides physical external reality limitations is the web of ideas in our head that make us feel for some reason or another like we cant do something. if your always in a state of "cannot" then your going to stay that way. this is what people mean when they say "your thoughts create your reality". another phrase going along with this is "its all how you look at it" which is refering to the perspective in which your mind veiws things. so exapand your mind and perspective with progressive as in 'progress' thinking. on the other side of this i'll cover in number 6...
6. know your limits in terms ofwhat you feel you can accomplish realisticly, meaning dont get carried away with thinking you can move a mountain with your bare hands, pace yourself and stay grounded, as in stay in reality and dont start mixing fantasy with reality, basicly set realistic goals and pursue them, and be logical about it. everything is technicly possible, but the resraints of many many factors in the 3d depending on the instance will come into play, you need to figure out how much its worth it to you and why, and be real with yourself, that way your intune with both the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual aspects of reality. when things from all realities are flowingingly aligned enough, thats when magic can occur, getting to that place takes alot of work though.
7. realise that the answer to everything can be found from within and that everything external is just guidance in some form to help you get there, if a group or entity says you need their service to attain enlightment, brush it off and go within, otherwise you'll end up taking the long bumpy road to get there, im refering to the learning prosess. learning new things and details about reality is good as it helps you get by with more ease, as are relationships with frends and family and such, but i wouldnt recomend anything that can take away from your personal sense of self and empowerment, because ascension is about becoming your full wholey self from within this vessel and shineing it fourth into every aspect of yourlife.
8. [a somewhat specific recomendation] dont join a cult group or cult mentality, it hinders personal growth in the sense that it can get you caught up in illusory thinking and you can fall prey to others hiding within the cult who may seek to manipulate your personal truth or personal power, often with mind games or even sometimes useing telekinetic psychic vampireism which if exposure is prolonged can even lead to health issues, so if your seeking information on the inernet, simply read and observe and take in data whether its viodeo, audio or reading material, but dont let yourself get taken in by dilusional/manipulative beleifs, or peoples drama they create and want to have others engage in. due to the mass spiritual empowerment awakening right now theres alot of mini cult followings popping up on the inernet trying to catch people during their early stages before they truly realise their own inner divinity, usualy when they go searching for answers of whats out there besides what they already know. so im putting this final note on just to give new members a heads up on what can happen, ive been through the B.S. already and i dont want others to make the same mistakes as well.

Thanks John. This is very good and covers all the things that I feel about things. Number 8 resonates with me because when I first hit the new age scene I got tangled up in a group and I was a "babe in the woods" and was easily lead down a path that I was not comfortable with, and had a few experiences with things that were very uncomfortable for me on a psyche level. I know exactly what you mean about psychic vampirism....had that experience and it really upset me psychologically for a bit and I became depressed and drained and made me ill over tim, till I figured things out. yuppers, i wish doing it wasnt so seemingly hard, which "hard" is purely subjective and all depends on where the person's mind and emotions are at and how they cope and react to things. i need to find out the best way to quickly invoke the primal source energy from within and open those majestic doors so that the light within can radiate into all aspects of our inner reality, purging all senses of doubts, fears, insecurities, disharmony, and align with the divine perspective and state of being. then i'll show others how to do it/tell them how i did it/where i found out how to do it.
the important thing is that people realise its not all love and roses, and while the universe is founded on divine energies [my personal truth], because of free will and the duality of this dimension we're experienceing, people have the option in this realm to engage in hurtful and deceptive activities. there is a great deal of deception, as well as many people following what deceptors have given them without questioning it, because of trust and a provided sense of security. what really bothers me is when people who call themselves lightworkers refuse to look at the negative aspects of things, basicly they brainwash themselves and focus on nothing but positive thoughts to a point where theyre either in denial about anything truthfuly dark, or they have an extreme allergy to it where they get all bent outof shape when dark truth presents itself, and then they cannot cope. the idea instead is to strengthen your internal energy and sense of inner divine empowerment so that when you do have to deal with dark situations or truths, you can accept it for what it is and deal with it accordingly for a positive outcome. theres alot of shit in this world and a bunch of people who only talk about love and pretty things but cant handle harsh realities isnt going to help earth get out of this thousands of years rut we've all been in.

Pay no attention to this comment. There are those that can't never find anything positive to say. What you said contained a lot of wisdom, and a bit of anger, which I do understand. To realize ones self takes a lot of inward contemplation, lots of meditation and can not be rushed. Your Kundalini will awaken when you are ready, but it can turn on when you are still unbalanced, with blockages. You will know this by the heat that you will feel in your hands and above your 7th chalkra, this means that you still have some work to do. You should ideally feel a cool breeze across your hands and above your head when your Kundalini is all in balance. Normally when your Kundalini awakens you gain self realization and will have access to much wisdom. Those that have had a Kundalini awakening know what I am talking about.
