Yum Ben,thanks for the recipe, also, would anyone out there, like a recipe for WHITE XMAS,it is very easy to make, and adds a lovely treat to the xmas table for invited friends, and family.recipe as follows, WHITE CHRISTMAS, ingredients,----- 3 cups rice bubbles, one cup desiccated coconut, one cup powdered milk, one cup mixed dried fruit,3/4 cup icing sugar, sifted, 250grms copha, melted, method------1.Combine rice bubbles, coconut, powdered milk, fruit and icing sugar in a large bowl. Pour over cooled copha.Mix well.2.Press mixture into a foil-lined 18cm-28cm lamington tin.Refrigerate or freeze until set.Cut into fingers.Store in an airtight container in the fridge or freezer.NOTE:Allow a little foil to hang over the sides of the tin. This will make removal of the slice easy.Makes about 30. ENJOY!! blessings eve.
Sounds tasty, lately I've been trying Coconut milk once in a while, it goes really good with different fruits.
I generally start out my day with something similar to what Ben posted, it seriously keeps me going, and provides a lot of nutrition, the one I use is called Amazing Grass.
I can't say enough how this stuff has helped me out on a health level, I still need to do a cleanse though, I'm way over due for it :)
Greens for Life is right..........I am not endorsing this product, just advocating greens in raw, uncooked and organic form in our diet. More so, we should eat fruits with them raw greens.....
YUM ~ Ben :) Looks healthy and delicious!!! :)
This is a great way to take care of your body and stay healthy. The frozen bananas are key, I need to start doing that too :)
Almond milk is a good idea too....
Great nutrition!! :)
