Dearest Light Tribe, this new channelled guided meditation, just published on my YouTube channel, is a gift from the Star Councils of Light.

Timelines are splitting on Earth and it is up to us to choose, every single day, to live our truth. We need to truly master how to recalibrate our energies when our frequency drops, in order to re-establish peace and joy in the energies we are emitting.

These skills are inherent in the 3 Keys Meditation. With a bit of practice they are simple to master, and yet their potential for life-changing transformation is off the charts!

The wisdom of my Higher Self is truly integrating into my consciousness now, weaving the threads of past learnings, and activating witness consciousness in me. I am able to see and feel almost instantaneously when I am 'misfiring' - saying or doing something that is out of alignment with my True Self.
