I tend not to do anything, I just let it come naturally. I've learned through trial and error, it's better not to try and force progress....or exert too much control over the situation, it's better to just let it be, and let it play out on its own. What's the hurry anyways, we have all the time in the world. Better to just live, and enjoy the moment, and let your growth come naturally, like it probably was meant to be.
