I found this video from Free Spirit, that explains through his own experience the process of Ascension and what we really need to do to acomplish and not get frightened when it happens. He surelly convinced me, mostly as I liked to eat solid foods, now realizing that it is the major enemy for transformation. It is clear, as Drunvalo Melchisedek said, we'll have to learn to get through dimensions, there's no other way to survive this upcoming gate. And here is the key, in my humble opinion.
