  The internationally signed Antarctic Treaty, of 1959, is a massive coverup, which pretends to be about; "environmental protection and preservation of the scientific integrity, of the continent." And so, independent scientists and explorers, are tied up in red tape, before they even think of planning to go there and investigate the sub-glacial buildings, the Thulian cities, in some areas protruding through the ice, but mostly covered, yet still very visible from the air, in their extensive geometric formations.....ranks upon ranks of rectangular shapes, which are the roofs of ancient buildings, long covered by ice...Both within the Rockefeller plateau and Wilkes land, further east..
  
  However, at the time of signing this coverup and containment treaty, a Russian diplomat, fully primed upon the real reasons for restricting access, decided to break ranks and refused to sign Russia up to this international debacle...so was ordered home to Moscow and replaced with another diplomat, who did sign the treaty.....Deputy Foreign Minister Vasily Kuznetsov...
  But the dismissed diplomat later told all....Note that the British diplomat; "Charles," who spoke up, was not the man who signed the treaty, as that was Sir Harold Caccia...head of the UK delegation at the final Washington conference...and "Charles" suggested that the buildings were not only well preserved, but still in use...(I will add, true and the Agarthans use them still.)
  
  (Again, I like the content of this video, but make a caveat, that Thule has nothing to do with the narrator's penchant for "Tartaria."....and his supposed timeline of it's demise...No, it's Thule, (not Tartaria,) which is more ancient than both Atlantis and even Lemuria....and much of the evidencial surface topography, preserved within millennia of ice...)
