    I quit drinking ages ago because I don't like the effects of alcohol-the hangovers!!!
    But if I could get a gurixiter, I start chugging my favorite (cold beer in the US) Pilsner all night long!

    Of course, millions of years ago, there were constant cosmic conflicts between the Lyran humanoids and the Draconian empire....Albeit, at that time, before the GFL was founded, some 4 million years ago, the Lyrans were just as fierce as their opponents and rivals, the Draconians...
    Both sides were very ruthless in warfare....and they had cosmic technologies, as well....
    So, the Lyrans were a bit like high technology "Vikings," who made long space voyages, to found new lands/planets, to conquer....and settle..

    And of course, the Lyrans were the forefathers of all the galactic humans of this galaxy and beyond, including the Sirians...
    Albeit, there are still some very backward cosmic people, in spite of the great advancements made by the Lyrans....And drinking alcohol as they do, to excess, is a common practice among such cultures....Sooooo.....:
