  I'm happy for people to choose a food lifestyle, even if it's sub-nutritious for them, as long as they do not seek to impose their glamours upon others....
  Frankly, most vegans and vegetarians eat massive quantities of grains, to fill the void....And often do not eat truly large amounts of vegetables and salads....Again, that would be their choice, if they actually believe that rice, as an example, is good to eat....Carbs generally convert to glucose....and spike insulin......So, these people that believe that not eating meat/fish/dairy, is good, are fooling themselves into a false sense of security....As carbs are non-essential, UNLIKE essential fatty acids and amino acids...The human body needs these......
  
  For example, EPA & DHA are essential fatty acids and can be found in oily fish...and when taken as a supplement...A good source being the omega 3 capsules, or I prefer to take as cod liver oil....As well as salmon, or sardines, which are WILD CAUGHT, not farmed....
  
  Now, nature does not provide these ESSENTIAL fatty acids in plants, to the same degree and same quality....Flax seed is a source, in the form of ALA, but needs to be converted by the body into an active form, for benefit and cannot do this in significant amounts......Not as bioavailable as sea food sources...
  So flax seed is truly an inferior and limited option and one that the vegan is truly confounded by....He/she may assume that the sacrifice is worth it, as "saving the planet," but it's akin to being SHORT CHANGED in a financial transaction.....Plain stupid, frankly and nothing to be proud of, at all.....
  
  Here is an educational vid to assist vegans, on why they should rethink some of their premise....Then at least, vegans will have an educated choice, before following WEF schemes.....

  Demonstrating vaccine uptake comparisons....Obviously Germans took it under duress, as with the Scots, under their crazy SNP dictatorship....So more deaths in those nations, at higher levels than other nations...

  Anyone who is in agreement that meat is to be avoided and can be replaced by insects, is doomed.....Just as those who freely took the mRNA vaccine, it will be a death sentence designed for population reduction of the masses......
  
  Many Germans, in particular, are being fooled into believing in this rubbish, that quality proteins from meat, fish and eggs, can be substituted by a vegan diet, plus insects...Very stupid and very foolish and I predict many will die from this choice, as they did from choosing a covid vaxx....
  
  Frankly, anyone who trusts the EU, is very, very stupid, anyway....and probably deserves what is coming their way.....Ill health and death....Maybe this is a survival of the intuitive and intelligent (who eat real food) and the destruction of stupid, woke vegan hippies, who trust authority promoted trends, fake food idealism (saves animals) and junk food manufacturing corporations...?? Certainly makes one wonder...
  
  Unfortunately, many governments are following this globalist agenda, of promoting insects in food...But you can give up carbs, like myself, to avoid this poison....Cricket flour is mainly put in pasta, bread, biscuits, etc....and vegan sausages.....Fake meat....
  
  Insects are vectors for parasites, when eaten and also chitin is serious for human health, if consumed, long term....This is the exo-skeleton substance, in insect bodies....In fact, many people are allergic to chitin, albeit they may not realise, until they eat insects, in hidden food products, as the agenda develops...
  
  To save yourselves, avoid all carbs in bread, pasta, chips, crisps, crackers, cereals, pancakes, waffles, etc.....And avoid anything purported as "vegan."
  
  Best advice, whatever the government suggests, think and do the opposite...Whatever the latest trend in food promotion fashions, avoid like the plague and do the opposite...
  
  To go vegan will not save the planet, nor you.....
