  The ever indefatigable Dr Berg, reminds us of the dubious health benefits of "whole grain" products....
  Personally I never touch them, as the nutrient value is sub-standard and the fibre level, far too low, in spite of all the medical propaganda that suggests otherwise......Check it out....!!

  Geologist have their eye on Yellow Stone again but haven't seen the bison,deer running out of that area yet . Geologist already know that there are several volcanoes there and don't got the earthquake.
