    The ever indefatigable Dr Berg, reminds us of the dubious health benefits of "whole grain" products....
    Personally I never touch them, as the nutrient value is sub-standard and the fibre level, far too low, in spite of all the medical propaganda that suggests otherwise......Check it out....!!
