  Drekx response: I would say now, rather than wait for the future....Hard assets are real assets, so property is a good investment, as well as a place to live...I fully own my property, as the mortgage on it was paid off, years ago....If possible, be debt free....Of course, many cannot do this....And many young people are finding it difficult to get on the housing ladder's first rung...
  
  As for gold, absolutely.....I recommend bullion, rather than coins, as it can be kept
  in a pristine state, freshly minted, sealed and serial numbered...So more expensive for buyers, when you eventually sell...because of the quality....Coins can get dents and scratches.....I have sold gold coins and found many buyers will seek to drop the price, if they are imperfect...Gold sovereigns and half sovereigns, King George V, or Queen Victoria, as well as South African Krugerrands...

  A proper 'economic war' only targets military. So 'arms embargo' for instance, is a proper war. But freezing assets of civilians of a warring country? Nope!

  'Weaponization of banks' in a so called 'trade war' must be seen as a war crime because it targets the civilians. Everything that targets civilian, from damaging infrastructure to killings, in a war, or that indiscriminately target pple is a war crime. A sanctioning of a country in the hope of making its civilians protest against the government is an act of terrorism. 'Terrorism' is the act of harming civilians so that they may in turn put a pressure on their governments.

  Yes indeed, Agarther Z, we owe the Russians much....We have Sirian GFL Ground Crew members, over there, also.....I won't mention her name here, but there is a very beautiful/intelligent/vivacious/humourous telepath in Russia, who has amazing skills...She keeps a deliberate low profile about this, because the Russian state has a recruitment policy for anyone with paranormal gifts...Albeit, not everyone in Russia wants to sign up...lol
  
  If you do sign up for military service, you have to sign an official secrets act, equivalent, which means you cannot leave the country, for normal tourism purposes...So she has to keep her skills secret, albeit, not from fellow telepath starseeds...But, she is a patriot, nevertheless.....I'm the same with Britain...There are things I do not always agree with that my country makes law, but I'm still a patriot, when it comes down to it...
