  This is all leading to a planned cyber attack on the US energy grid, and/or something critical...causing blackouts, or comms problems....However, the attack will be a false flag, engineered by the dark cabal, using their international assets and Russia will be blamed for it...
  The deep state are attacking Russia, because Putin has files on all the deep state players who dealt with Russia and Ukraine, during the Obama era....Think uranium one. Think Hunter Biden and Burisma. People like Hillary Clinton, Comey, Mueller, the Bidens and many others are going to be exposed...Thus we see this distraction for the masses....
  Note that under Trump, we saw a lowering of tensions and now we see a heightening of tensions....?? This is no coincidence...

  Joint Russian-Belarus military exercises.......The same as Britain conducts on occasion, within countries in the Baltic states zone...
  Britain also conducts navy drills in the Black sea, same as Russia conducts, off the west coast of Ireland...
  
  Military training exercises are conducted when you want to train the troops and improve international cross-fertilization within alliances...Sharing technologies, etc...
  Politically, they are designed to show the enemy side your prowess. This is deterrent to actual conflict...It makes it clear what you can do and what you can accomplish with allies...
  
  It is a show of power and skill...Which is certainly better than actual war...
  It is not in Russia's interest to invade Ukraine....This is not the Soviet era, in which Ukraine played a role as one of the SSRs.....
  
  Ukraine is a poor nation and would be a burden to Russia, anyway...They no longer see them as potential friends, as they once did...Too much bad feeling. This view is different within the eastern part of Ukraine, where there are many Russians living. Many fled across the border, after 2014, also..
  
  However, since the cabal, using Sec. Victoria Newland, et al, engineered a colour revolution coup in Ukraine, 2014, there have been tensions between Kiev and the eastern part of Ukraine, as well as Crimea....
  
  Crimeans, like Britain's Falkland islanders, prefer to be with their motherland...and not the claiming power.
