The plan was that COVID would kill those with weak immune systems and those who are healthy would be forced to have vaccinations to 'protect' ourselves. Also if these new variants are found first amongst the vaccinated then it suggests that the vaccination itself contributes to the 'mutation'. The change of the virus must be in a responce to the new 'vaccinated' environment. Think of how bacteria etc developes resistance to drugs.
