The solution is simple, but does require a change of diet...And no I do not recommend a vegan or vegetarian diet...In truth both could be described as "grainarian," as grains are still consumed, and carbohydrates seem to be taken, without suitable knowledge, as to the effects..

    Moreover, most vegans and vegetarians seem to have a misguided belief that they are "closer to god," when in fact, that is not the case..

    The strict edicts of priests, do not necessarily equate to God...In most cases, not at all...In the case of fasting, yes, this practice has worth and is certainly beneficial. Yet do so with full nourishment afforded, prior. Lest one starves. To fast properly, you must "switch off" hunger....Thus be satiated. Then AUTOPHAGY may proceed....especially after 18-20 hours of the fast.
