Many healing modalities read your symptoms and then tell you what pill to take, or surgery to undergo, but what if you could conduct “sound surgery” sending holistic, healing vibrations into every single cell in your body?

Highest Potential Resonance

With sound healing, we don’t have to even fully understand what our symptoms are coming from – sometimes they can be so deep-seated, we think they are caused by one thing, but they may be due to an entirely different cause.

For instance, you may experience recurring low back pain or headaches, and think this is due to the stress in your life, or because you lifted something that was too heavy, but there might be a deeper, subconscious healing that is needed.

Sound has a way of finding its way into every nook and cranny of our bodies and etheric selves, so that we can start to resonate with a vibration that emits wholeness. Healing sound will automatically go where it is needed most, and do its work. Our cells then gain their highest potential resonance.

At What Frequency is the Body Whole?

Every object on the planet has a resonant vibrational frequency which can be measured. In the early 1990s, Bruce Tainio working at Eastern State University in Cheny, Washington, built the world’s first frequency monitor that could determine at exactly what vibration the human body most often oscillates.

A healthy human body frequency usually hovers around 62-72 Hz (Hertz). When this frequency drops, the immune system becomes compromised, and illness usually ensues. All that is needed to heal the body is to return it to its optimal frequency…

PRWk89.gifSound Bubbles Streaming at 700 Miles Per Hour

In the study of cymatics – sound frequency and how it can affect the human organism, and other forms of life, we find that the world is teeming with holographic “bubbles of acoustic sound energy,” moving at 700 miles per hour into the ether – whether this sound is our own voice, from a musical instrument, or the sirens sounding when police cars or an ambulance go by. Each of these “bubbles-in-a-hurry” leaves a fleeting vibrational imprint on our cells.

Our bodies absorb these sounds, and they can either be harmonious to our human form, or damaging.

Sound is powerful enough to help dolphins and whales communicate across an entire ocean, or even form matter, as has been shown in the research conducted with CymaScopes, and the work of Dr. Hans Jenny, and others.

Ancient Sound Healing

In ancient times, the Great Pyramids were used as massive acoustic chambers for healing – to bring our human form to its highest vibrational potential. You can even experience the remnants of these structures’ great powers to heal and transform though they aren’t actively being used in this way (at least not for the public) today.

John Stuart Reid conducted many experiments proving that the pyramids, especially the King’s Chambers, were designed to have special sonic qualities to imbue a sarcophagus with “seven vowel sounds” meant for healing. These same seven vowel sounds can be used even today to heal the human form.

These seven healing sounds are in ancient Gregorian chants, the chants of the ancient Vedas, and in Chi Gong and Chi Kung (although they refer to six) and they correspond to the energy necessary to enliven the 7 chakras of the human energy body.

Dr. Joseph Puleo, a neuropathic physician and herbalists began research into the Solfeggio frequencies in the mid-1970’s.  In his examination of the Bible he found in Genesis: Chapter 7, Verses 12-83 that there exists a pattern of six repeating codes around a series of sacred numbers 3, 6 and 9.

When Puleo decoded these using the ancient Pythagorean method of reducing the verse numbers to their single digit integers, a series of six electromagnetic sound frequencies that correspond to the six missing tones of the ancient Solfeggio scale were revealed.

These have been determined as such:

UT (DO) – 396 HzLiberating Guilt and Fear

RE – 417 HzUndoing Situations and Facilitating Change

MI – 528 HzTransformation and Miracles (DNA Repair – Repair – and derives from the phrase “Mi-ra gestorum” in Latin – “miracle”. This is the exact frequency used by genetic biochemists to repair broken DNA – the genetic blueprint upon which life is based!)

FA – 639 HzConnecting/Relationships

SOL – 741 HzAwakening Intuition

LA – 852 HzReturning to Spiritual Order

So, can you truly conduct “sound surgery” on yourself, and allow a vibratory pattern to heal you in ways you didn’t even know you needed healing? According to both ancient science, and modern studies in sound, the answer is a resounding, YES.

    THE SCIENCE OF MANTRAS:

HOW SACRED SOUNDS HEAL BODY, MIND & SPIRIT

    by Paul Harrison

For more than 3000 years mantras (sacred sounds) have been chanted for the purpose of spiritual healing.

During the early period of Hinduism, spiritual gurus became fascinated by poetry and began to write sounds in sacred texts like the Rigveda. Those same sounds have echoed throughout the East all the way to today, and are now chanted by billions of Hindus, Buddhists and spiritualists the world over.

Today, mantras are chanted for myriad reasons. There are mantras to cure depression and anxiety, mantras said to create wealth, mantras used to attract wealth… for near every purpose there is a corresponding mantra. Yet despite the billions of people who use mantras, and the sheer range of their uses, the Western world has stubbornly turned a blind eye to this oldest of spiritual practices.

It is shocking to think that after 3000 years there is still virtually zero scientific research to substantiate mantras, but no funding has been given to scientifically investigate this most important spiritual practice. And, so, it has fallen to the spiritual community itself to substantiate the mantras.

So what, precisely, do we truly know about mantras?

Yoga masters claim that mantras have the power to create chemical changes in the body. The argument is that the specific vibrational qualities of mantras create reverberations in the body that lead to changes on the molecular level.

We can understand how this works when we consider man’s relation to sound.

Our auditory faculty has evolved through millions of years to include specific constants that form the very foundations of our auditory composition. Many of the sounds we make today, like grunts and some syllables, have been used for millions of years, long before we became homo-sapiens.

Similar to the way birds use song to communicate information about the weather, we have used grunts and syllables to form our understanding of the world.

The reason why many of today’s words are onomatopoetic is because human vocals were created as an echo of nature. Early man used syllables as a way of echoing the sound of the thing they were trying to describe.  Hence why “bob” (as in “bobbing up and down”) sounds like an object bobbing up and down in the water. “Crash”, “Bang”, “Honk”, and “Chime” are other examples.

As mankind has evolved we have moved away from onomatopoetic language. So it is that English is not nearly as onomatopoetic as Sanskrit, the latter being a much earlier language.

When we speak in Sanskrit we create sounds that are very closely related to the sounds of nature.

The sacred Sanskrit word “Om”, for instance, means “Universe” and we can hear an echo of the universe in the sound of the mantra. We get a sense of the open and infinite nature of the universe when we listen to this sound. “Om” is a vey open sound. It seems to conjure thoughts of an open space, reconnecting us with the vastness of the universe.

To say that “Om” sounds like an open space, of course, means that it has auditory composition similar to the way sound vibrates in an actual open space. The quality of the sound is a recreation of the sound of the real thing.

What does it mean to sound like the real thing? It means that the sound of the mantra and the sound of an actual open space are very similar. In other words, when we recite “Om” we recreate the vibrational qualities of an actual open space, and we do so inside the body.

It is as though we are bringing that part of nature, that vast open space of “Om”, into our own being. Not only do we recreate that open space in an auditory and physical sense, we also recreate it in the mind.

When we recite mantras, we don’t simply make sounds. We meditate on them. To meditate means to focus consciousness on a certain space. When we meditate on “Om” we focus consciousness on the mantra itself. In other words, we place our consciousness inside the sound, inside “OM”, and, in turn, inside the open space that “Om” represents.

This is the science of mantras. And it is one of humankind’s oldest healing techniques. For millions of years we have recreated the vibrational qualities of nature using the voice. Mantras simply take it further. When we meditate on those primordial sounds, we place consciousness inside the sound, healing the mind by reconnecting it with those auditory representations of the natural world.

By changing the vibrational qualities of those sounds, we change the effect the sound has on the mind. The root chakra mantra “Lam”, for instance, grounds us and creates feelings of belonging, where “Ah” creates release, helping us to let go.

This is the power of Sanskrit mantras. They are a way of recreating the vibrational qualities of real-world events, objects, or spaces in the body, and then placing consciousness inside those sounds by meditating.  Simply chanting a Sanskrit mantra puts us in-tune with positive vibrational energies that heal body, mind and spirit.

The Physics of Sound: How and Why Sound Heals
    by Jonathan and Andi Goldman

An examination of the majority of spiritual paths and religions on this planet reveals an overriding belief that sound was the primary force of creation. Examples of this come from the Old Testament (“And God said, ‘Let there be Light’”) and the New Testament (“In the beginning was the Word”). It comes from many other traditions—Egyptian, Hopi, Mayan, Polynesian, and more—which all have creation myths that invoke the power of sound. It is said in the Hindu spiritual path that “Nada Brahman”—everything is sound. Even from a Western scientific perspective, we talk about the “Big Bang,” signifying that the creation of the universe was somehow sonic in origin.

Modern scientists, like our ancient mystics, tell us that everything is in a state of vibration, from the electrons moving around the nucleus of an atom to planets in distant galaxies spinning around their suns. From the very tiny to the very large, everything vibrates. As many of our modern physicists understand, energy and matter are interrelated. Thus, if all forms of energy are putting out a vibration, all that energy can be considered sound, whether we can hear it or not.

    Frequency

Sound is energy that travels as a wave. The wave enters our ears and travels through our auditory pathways into our brain, ultimately affecting our breathing, heart rate, and nervous system. We experience this wavelike energy primarily as a phenomenon that we hear. However, these waves also pass into our body, affecting us on a cellular level.

Sounds are measured in cycles per second, or frequency, as measured in hertz (Hz). Slow-moving waves of sound create deep tones. A sound with a frequency of 60 Hz, for example, is very bassey and low. A sound with fast waves, such as 1,000 cycles per second, would be a relatively trebly and high-pitched. The lowest note on a piano has a frequency of about 24 Hz, and the highest note is around 5,000 Hz.

Our range of hearing extends from around 16 Hz to around 16,000 Hz (or sometimes higher—young children, for example, can hear upwards of 18,000 Hz or more). However, just because we can’t hear something doesn’t mean a sound isn’t being created. As an example, our friends in the ocean, the dolphins, can project and receive frequencies upwards of 180,000 Hz—that’s more than ten times our best range of hearing.

Sounds with a frequency below the human level of hearing are called infrasound; sounds with a frequency above the human level of hearing are called ultrasound.

    Resonance

Knowing that all matter vibrates, we can move on to explore the idea that every object—including every organ, bone, and tissue in our body—has resonance, or a natural vibratory state. There’s been much speculation on how to determine the natural frequencies of a healthy organ. Some find that they are within the audible sonic range (between 16 Hz and 16,000 Hz). Others find that they fall well below this audible range or, like ultrasound, far above it. When the body is healthy and balanced, these vibrations are in harmony with each other. When the body is imbalanced, it is in a state of dissonance—the resonant qualities of its constituent parts are in disharmony.

One of the most extraordinary demonstrations of the effects of sound and resonance was conducted by a visionary Swiss doctor named Hans Jenny. Dr. Jenny’s seminal work titled Cymatics (a Greek word that means “wave form”), whose first volume was published in 1967, showed the effects that sound waves have upon different types of material, including water, pastes, and other liquids. Dr. Jenny placed these substances on a steel plate and vibrated the plate with a crystal oscillator, which produced an exact frequency, and then he photographed the effects. He photographed liquid plastic (a material similar to Silly Putty) that formed into an object resembling a sea anemone, and lycopodium dust (a material similar to talcum powder) that took on shapes resembling the cells of the body. Some of his most amazing photos were of water, which took on astonishing geometric forms, depending upon the vibrational frequency that was used.

Dr. Jenny’s work demonstrates the extraordinary power of -vibration—that is, sound—to create form. While the structures and forms he created with sound were not living creatures, many of them certainly look as though they were. You can almost imagine that, with a “divine” sound coming from a sacred source, in the beginning the Word could indeed create life…

The following are two photos taken by Reid showing the beautiful geometric forms that water took on when vibrated by two diverse frequencies on a Cyma-Scope, a device similar to Dr. Jenny’s. When you think about the fact that the human body is mostly made of water, it’s easy to realize how powerful the effects of sound can be upon us.

Let’s now examine two different (almost diametrically opposed) ways in which sound can be used for healing. Both involve the concept of resonance.

How Sound Can Heal: Method One

For this first method of healing with sound, let’s visualize a healthy body like an orchestra that is playing all together in balance and harmony. Let’s call this music the “symphony of the self.”

Using this metaphor of the body as an orchestra, what happens when the second violin player loses his sheet music? Pretty soon that violin player might begin to play the wrong notes and the wrong rhythm. Usually, in a very short amount of time, the rest of the string section begins to sound off. In fact, as this dissonance develops, you’ll begin to notice that there’s something wrong with the entire orchestra. It just doesn’t sound right.

This is akin to a part of our body vibrating out of its healthy -resonance—it’s vibrating out of tune and out of ease, and we then say that this part of our body is diseased (dis-eased). One of the basic principles of using sound as a healing modality is to restore the part of the body that is diseased back into a state of healthy resonance. It is very much like getting the sheet music back to that string player…

Here, in relation to sound specifically utilized for healing, we’re talking about the concept of entrainment… The term entrainment comes from physics, and it describes the way in which the vibrations of one object can affect the vibrations of another object. Through entrainment, we can synchronize or harmonize one vibration with another. For example, we can use our own voice to vocalize a tone through humming that can entrain vibrations in other parts of our bodies, bringing them into a state of balance.

There are many ways to use entrainment for sound healing. At a basic level, you can use vibration—humming—to restore the natural resonance of an organ or system. When an organ begins to vibrate out of its natural frequency, its energy becomes blocked. The organ then becomes vulnerable to potential imbalances—deterioration, disease, viruses, bacteria, and so on. When we reinforce its natural frequency, the organ’s resonance is restored, it regains its energy, the intruder energy that was causing damage ceases to exist, and the organ is restored to health…

How Sound Can Heal: Method Two

With this second method, sound is used in an opposite manner. Instead of focusing on the organ and reinforcing its healthy, natural vibratory state, this method focuses on the intruder—that pathogen or energy that is causing harm to the organ.

You can find videos of people shattering wine glasses with their voices on YouTube. Even such reputable shows as the Discovery Channel’s MythBusters have recorded the phenomenon. When a singer is able to match the resonance of the wine glass with his or her voice with great amplitude (volume), the glass begins to vibrate and ultimately shatters…

With sufficient amplitude, sound is powerful enough to cause any object to shatter when its resonant frequency matches that of the object. This second approach to sound healing focuses on using sound to disintegrate whatever pathogen, malignancy, or energy is causing harm to the body…

Normalizing the Multi-Verse (Accessing the Living Intelligence)

      by Kinsey L. Dennis

Human awareness is the real game changer. Human awareness not only alters our perceptions of our self but also transforms how we understand the world. The awareness we have about our place in the world and our part in the ‘bigger picture’ is ultimately a question of how we transceive (transmit-receive) consciousness. When how we receive and express human consciousness changes, everything changes. Consciousness is that which connects – it is the nonlocal information field that binds us all. We can also refer to it as the living intelligence that underlies the matrix, the construct, of our known reality. The living intelligence is the underlying consciousness from which all materiality arises.

…there is a different form of energy now being supported upon this planet. Further, that there is an interaction/immersion – leading to a state of greater resonance – between the energy fields of human physiology and those from our environment. The coherence between information fields (biological-environmental-cosmic) is increasing, resulting in what I speculate to be a stronger access to living intelligence. This stronger contact-communication is manifesting in the younger generation(s) who appear to exhibit increased intuitive intelligence as opposed to acquired information (conditioning). One way to visualize this is by seeing the new energy calibration as a different sound/vibration pattern that enters and alters the older patterns. Consider how sound/vibration waves can alter matter: particles scattered on a surface are reformed into new orderly geometric shapes in response to changing sound vibrations, as the image below shows.

      8116131665?profile=original

A new energetic signature – ‘sound vibration’ – entering our collective nonlocal field will re-calibrate the transceiving of consciousness into a new modality. The change in the ‘pattern recognition’ of the consciousness field could likely affect how we filter and interpret, and thus perceive, the constructs of our reality. It may also open up the human transceiving of consciousness to other dimensional perspectives. In other words, humanity is possibly on course to re-calibrate its potential to transceive other modalities of nonlocal information. By altering our capacity to receive other wavelengths of information, humanity will broaden its awareness, understanding, and connection with a greater range of dimensional realities. We may then come to realize that our perception of reality, and our understanding of the cosmos, is in accordance with our capacity to access the living information. Once this state of access is altered, new perceptions emerge. One of these new perceptive states would likely be the recognition that intelligent life exists in a wondrous profusion of multi-verses. At this point we will be forced to officially change our antiquated mythology of ‘what is life?’…

      New Dimensional Perspectives

Consciousness researcher Dr Strassman believes that communication with transpersonal realms may help humanity along its own evolution, as well as with the problems we are currently facing here on Earth:

‘Establishing – with a sober, altruistic intent – reliable and generally available means of contact with these different levels of existence may help us alleviate some of the pressing issues we are facing on this planet in this time-space continuum. It may be that the information and resources we gather in these noncorporeal realms are more important to our survival – and ultimately our evolution – than that which we obtain via strictly physical means.’

The idea of contact with ‘non-corporeal’ realms having a function in our evolution offers a new, and potentially significant, dimensional perspective for human life. The existence of non-corporeal realms of reality has been known for millennia amongst various traditions. Likewise, the practice of communication/interaction with other non-human intelligences has been widely known across human cultures for centuries.

What I sense may be happening through a variety of socio-cultural phenomena and anomalies – drug experimentation, transpersonal states, wisdom traditions, out-of-body practices, alien abduction, and more – is the preparation of humanity for its next phase of evolutionary development. These earlier stages utilized individuals as channels – or transceivers – by which to affect the collective energetic/vibratory state of our species for purposes of transformation. Furthermore, part of this transformation involves the creation of new organs of perception with which to perceive aspects of a newly emerging reality that is multi-dimensional. In other words, we have been working towards normalizing the multi-verse, and thus assisting to bring it into being through the perceptual faculties of the human species. In modern vocabulary, we are beginning to download the bigger picture.

…The next step, it seems to me, is a major planetary roll-out – a massification of the evolutionary process. It may well be that the new generation of children arriving upon the planet will be amongst the first wave to engage more fully with this developmental impulse, in a natural and organic way.

      Re-Calibrating Reality

The capacity to access non-ordinary states of consciousness is the natural heritage of humankind… The human species may thus be on the verge of breaking free from its perceptual quarantine.

The younger generations, with their inherent intuitive intelligence, will be the initial wave in this transformation occurring through the received consciousness of the human species. They will come to recognize – as if second nature – that humanity shares a cosmic neighborhood with a radiant profusion of other intelligences. We were never alone, and we will look back at our antiquated thinking and laugh at our short-sightedness and lack of vision. In the early days of black and white television and silent movies, we knew the real images existed in color, yet we didn’t have the transceivers capable of receiving the ‘bigger picture.’ Through the new generations coming into the world, we will introduce the re-calibrated consciousness patterns into the collective blueprint of the human species.

Our latest scientific discoveries are finally catching up with a body of knowledge that has been known for centuries amongst certain wisdom traditions. Quantum biology, for example, now reveals that a multidimensional energy exists within the innermost core of the human body. A state of quantum coherence is achieved as each of the 100 trillion molecules in the human body emits its own magnetic field, each one overlapping with the next. This creates a nonlocal energy field that allows for instant communication throughout the body. With trillions of overlapping DNA fields – each with a mini electromagnetic field – a unified quantum state is created which is suggested to have multi-dimensional properties. It is known that there are magnetic fields at the centre of atomic structure that physicists refer to as inter-dimensional fields. Physicists are also debating whether inter-dimensional energy exists at the centre of galaxies, and whether galactic centers exist in a quantum state. This relates to the information Ken Carey received:

‘the fully activated human sensory system is more than just an interdimensional communication device. In miniature it replicates in the structural pattern of its biogravitational field the same pattern found in planetary, solar, galactic, and universal fields.’

…This new understanding of being a part of multi-dimensional existence will be humanity’s shared inheritance; and not the preserve of a few. We will undergo the transition from a time when we thought we were alone in a ‘dead universe’ to the understanding that we are part of a vast, inconceivably rich living universe – one amongst many multi-verses teeming with intelligent life. We will have begun our journey to join the neighborhood of cosmic L.I.F.E. – in Living a more Integrated and Fulfilling Existence. This will mark the beginning of living in resonance with a new sacred reality…
