Read this more carefully. At the top where it says: "Here is a gift written for you to use if you will." They made out a declaration to arrest the cabal, not that it's offical yet. Also, he mentions that the earth will heave and buckle...I think the cabal knows they cannot win and they are stalling to make it tough for us to go thur the ascension rather than ease on thur it and take as many people down with them as they can. We're making deals with the devil, here. Even if they say they'll surrender, they might not keep their word. Another stall tactic. And 6 months to go is not a lot of time left, we'll see.
