Argumentum ad Hominem (argument against man) is a the fallacy of attacking the character or circumstances of an individual by trying to find an argument instead of trying to disprove the truth of the statement or the correctness of the argument. Often the argument consists by not more than a personal attack.
The argument on issues using proper argumentation is not the case; instead, the character or circumstances is in the focus.
Thus the argument is about getting personal. In bad cases this argument is nothing more than a personal attack.
Such kind of ad hominem arguments are often used in channellings like the latest GFoL text. Humans with doubts and anger about broken promises are told there were no promises, and if they understood sentences from the Galactics as promises they had made, the humans were wrong.
Thus the tables are turned - it is the humans that are wrong in thinking and unclear expression what they finally want.
It is not my intent to ridicule Galactics whatsoever, nor do I want to appear arrogant. I just know how to arguw properly, and I`m not willing to lose those skills, not even if God himself would argue with me and I would detect a fallacy.
Generally speaking, arguments ad hominem are signs of a bad style being often used by humans in the squeeze - instead of simply being silent they consider having not right a defeat hard to accept.

This post reminds me of the work done by Laura Knight and the Cassiopaean experiment.
There is a tell tale sign of the particular bloodline in question it is a crease or rather line that goes down the underneath of the bottom lip THIS IS THE OFFENDING BLOODLINE and the genome I'm speaking of,
they are to be pitied and not persecuted they know not what they do just that the complulsion to create negativity and deception is extremely strong and the awareness of WHAT they are doing just is not present it is just an instinct and mindless action!
This is very true of the darker entities on here and else where it is partially the genome type which I have found there are alot more than many of you even know corresponding with the light bearers!
There only job is bring about dissentions and mistrust so that the truth is scrutinised and then they proclaim truth and bring about deception!
They cannot help it they do not even know or understand that they are doing this I feel very sad in one hand for them because of the genetic markers that have been activated against their control!
Wow great topic!, I quite frankly see a lot of this kind of argument on this site, and not necessarily from so called channelings from galactics. A for instance of that kind of argument, someone may say just as an example, "what tangible proveable, verifiable evidence do you have that there are benevolent off world species that are dedicated to earthlings' well being that are here to help with human acsention? An ad hominem answer would be something to this effect, "If you were not so dark and of such a low vibration then you would not have to ask that question, you would know that they exist and are here to help. If you looked in your heart which you obviosly you don't you would know they exist and would not be questioning it. The fact that you have asked for evidence of their existence means that you are an unenlightened and dark person and will not be ascending." Now THAT is an example of an ad hominem argument at its finest. This is an actual conversation I had here and this happens quite frequently here. So sad really. Now the galactics are using ad hominem arguments?????? Don't think so.....humans do this and I totally believe that a higher dimensional being of light and love would not be using that very human trick. That is why I question who or what the channelers are channeling or even are channeling anyone at all, contents seems to be very human to me, which brings to mind for me, what is the motive for all these channelings in this century, and why are they so addictive and deceptive? I see so many people becoming disallusioned and angry about all the channelings with promises, and that is really too bad. Makes me wonder what the motive is for the manipulation of mankind?
