New Members Lounge

Hi everyone & warm greetings from Australia! My fingers began tingling as I read previous comments. I am new here, and like many others it seems, relieved to find I am not alone.
I'm Cancerian/Leo, 55 this year and became a grandmother in 2012. Love the Tiara! My little 19 month old grandson appears to be quite intelligent. He learns very quickly. He is speaking various words in 3 languages already. He is very active, physically his competence is really advanced, yet he is gentle, especially with animals and fascinated by plants and nature in general. We seem to have a silent communication between us. The bond is strong! He is special, I feel it. I always send much love and light his way.
As for me, I am certain I was meant to follow a spiritual, healing path from a reasonably young age. I kept oscillating back and forth and was mostly just living in a conventional way I guess. The pull of the spiritual felt never far away. I feel I am accelerating forward along this path now, however overwhelming it seems at times. I have hungered for information all my life, especially Historical but also many other subjects...to me it seemed like those around me were not on the same page, that maybe I was a bit odd and perhaps I better give the appearance of fitting in!! Lol......ahhhhh, exciting times! Knew there was a reason why I got derailed health wise and am no longer able to work in my conventional job. Now I can hang out here!
Friends are welcomed. Still finding my way on the site. Am on and off as I like to keep busy with multi tasking...hee hee.
