    Perhaps it's just me, but i believe that "normal" space debris would burn up well in advance to where you see all the movement....  if you watch it several times you will notice that most of the movement takes place in the lower half.....   the top white area represents the Solar Flare that was reported by NASA?...  if so, it seems to last a rather long time......
