  Good information, perhaps clears up some of my confusion. For example, not here I don't think, I posted a few experiences of being out of body and the multiple selves I experienced.
  
  As I was awakened by the others, I immediately went out of body, so from an awakened state, I remember the event. I was, or my ego/consciousness was with these two others whom I knew, but could not see. I was turned and looked back at my light body and told it was a sacred thing.
  
  Now here is the confusion. There was me, the body which at this point was not too important, and then me, the astral self and finally me the light body, the sacred part of myself looking at me with a great sense of humor and love. It did not have a face, just this diamond shape of glowing light. I suppose you would need to experience this to understand, or perhaps not, I am unsure if I understand. I have since seen the light body or soul again and it seems to suffer with myself which is an eye opener.
