A conclusion at the end is provided for the uninitiated. This New Moon on Thursday, July 24th, 2025 will be significant for Washington D.C. since a crisis is going on in the nation's capital at this time. The New Moon often represents "new beginnings," and while many traditional astrology methods claim this is a good time for a "party; get-together; meeting for discussing new ideas, social gathering," please note that this New Moon will be badly afflicted. The New Moon on July 24th will form a near exact opposition aspect (within 1 degree) of Pluto, and this New Moon will be high overhead in D.C. (in the horoscope's 9th House of "the law; legal proceedings"). This can be seen with the event horoscope chart below:

The real time 2025 transits of Saturn and Neptune did not form an exact conjunction aspect in Aries this summer of 2025, but the current transit of Neptune in Aries (which represents "fraud, deception, illusion") is the main midpoint between the current Uranus Trine Pluto transit at this time. Uranus/Pluto has a lot to do with "revolution; shocking revolution; organized crime in action." This is important since the U.S.A. natal placement of Venus (at 2 degrees Cancer 23 minutes) will be involved with a hard Neptune Square Venus transit applying to the horoscope of the U.S.A. (during this New Moon). Thus, expect serious deceptive and disappointing conflict in Washington D.C. among "social groups, cliques, political parties; groups that work with society." Also noteworthy (from my December 2024 predictions) is the 2024 prediction of "exposure of fraud" (and possibly "propaganda exposure") this late summer of 2025 with the Federal Reserve. This is because the current (and hot) Saturn/Neptune midpoint (representing "exposure of fraud or lies") will be transiting via retrograde over the Fed's natal MC placement at 0 degrees Aries 22 minutes. I don't know if this transit has anything to do with the removal of the current Federal Reserve chairman; I haven't looked at his chart. But there are questions being asked about where certain money went that concerned certain projects at the Federal Reserve (and who was responsible for handling the finances of such projects).
Conclusion
Expect serious deceptive and disappointing conflict in Washington D.C. among "social groups, cliques, political parties; groups that work with society" for late July 2025 through early August 2025. This may be due to the current exposure of fraud within the U.S. government that is currently taking place (as well as the current "refusing to expose fraud" or "exposing fraud [but only with certain restrictions]"). The opening of the Epstein case will expose a lot of people not involved in pedophilia or human trafficking, and this is the reported reason this file will not be opened (even though President Trump promised the Epstein file to be opened). Let's hope the same amount of affidavits that flooded the DNI office over activities of a former U.S. president also be flooded concerning the illegal activities of Epstein; the activities of Epstein included more than simple lunch meetings or use of his jet that didn't concern travelling to the Epstein island of great controversy.
