Setting intentions (consciously awake) around that 3am mark is very powerful.
And I also wish to say I hope you had a fabulous birthday :)
Star, I noticed timeframe 1am - 4:30am. Is the thought that we must be only physically awake, or can we be setting our intention for that time?

I have proposed that angels are actually angles of light
that come down to us and enter within us.
The Bible calls Angels God messengers and the angles of
light are photons which are called messenger particles.
Taking it a stop further, I found a scripture where God says,
"I will meet with you between the wings of the cherubim".
Since we have concluded that the temple where God meets
us is the brain, I was struck by the similarity of cherubim and
cerebrum. The brain.
I thought again of the scripture. I will meet you between the
wings of the cherubim
Then this picture of the human brain kind of told me that
indeed these are the wings of the cherubim (cerebrum)
and between there is where we meet.
