U.S. President Harry Truman always ate lunch at 1:00 PM. As a Missouri farmboy, Harry Truman learned to eat breakfast and lunch at a fast rate due to the great number of chores that needed to be done. On July 26, 1947, Truman was in a rush to see his dying mother in Missouri. I estimate that his lunch was about 10-20 minutes. He and others had to wait for almost an hour in the "sweltering heat" aboard the President's jet. I selected 2:30 PM as a strong probability for the time that President Truman signed the 1947 Act. Omission from this research will be the Midheaven and Ascendant, because we don't have an accurate time of birth (and those two points move about one degree every four minutes). If one wants a 12 house presentation, the 12 house system presented below starts with the 1st House at 0 degrees to 29 degrees Aries (so there will be no 12 house meanings, only placement meanings that are relative to zodiac dial placements. I will be using the 90 degree dial in this project, so some knowledge of Uranian Astrology will be required to understand the research and analysis I did). The Moon placement has a strong probability for being accurate due to the accurate description of the "sweltering heat" at that time of day (and the Moon moves at about 0.5 degrees per hour). As re-iterated, it was a reportedly a very hot day at Washington’s National Airport on July 26, 1947, as President Harry S. Truman’s limousine drove up to the aircraft “Sacred Cow,” a Douglas C-54 Skymaster. Truman was on his way to visit his mother, who was gravely ill with pneumonia. But before the president left, he intended to sign an important piece of legislation — the National Security Act of 1947, an executive order passed by Congress the previous day defining the roles and missions of the armed forces — as well as his nomination for the first secretary of defense. In the end, Truman had to wait nearly an hour in the heat for the historic documents to arrive. It took only a few minutes for the president to sign the paperwork, but it had taken decades to bring about these fundamental changes in the United States military organization. The Security Act’s primary purpose was to merge the Department of War and the Department of the Navy into the National Military Establishment, to be headed by a secretary of defense. Further, it authorized the establishment of the Air Force as an independent service, marking the culmination of a national debate that had begun four decades earlier. And yes, the creation of the Central Intelligence Agency came from this 1947 Act as well.

C.I.A. Placements on the 90 Degree Dial (With Arrow at 0 Degrees Aries)

Because the C.I.A. will have a "major impact on the world," the Zero Degrees Aries marker will be the main midpoint of reference between selected midpoints that may define espionage and intelligence work. Important initial placements to be noted are highlighted above. Highlighted in yellow above is the hard Square between the Sun and Chiron. Highlighted in green above is the hard Square between Admetos and Black Moon Lilith. Finally, the strong Conjunction of Neptune with Poseidon is highlighted in pink above. These three placements are very important in terms of their symbol meanings with espionage and intelligence work, along with the strong relationship of the symbol meanings of these highlighted midpoints with intelligence work.

Research Question #1: did the 1947 Act create an intelligence agency (as defined by Chiron / Kronos) that would have have a major "impact on the world" (Zero Degrees Aries)?

The cluster of midpoints applying to Chiron / Kronos definitely describes what was present at that time of signing and thus this implies the creation of an intelligence agency. The airport strip housing the Sacred Cow was definitely "isolated from the public." This defines an intelligence agency that would have an impact on the world.

Research Question #2: if yes to Research Question #1, what are the employees and customers like?

The time of 2:30 PM I selected worked out well. The Sun / Chiron placement (in yellow above) is critical for defining success in espionage work, and combined with Sun / Hades ("carrier of secrets") strongly implies that the customers and employees (the Moon) are involved with secretive and/or espionage work.  Drawn in pink ink above (and below the Moon [highlighted in yellow]), Neptune / Poseidon and Hades / Vulcanus combine for a midpoint of 53 degrees 49 minutes (and missing an exact midpoint with the Moon by one minute). Yes, this does define that the employees and customers of the C.I.A. may be very good at con-artistry and murder. Highlighted in pink (and encapsulated in blue) above, the "extractor of secrets" (Admetos/Black Moon Lilith) combines with  "secret connections" (Hades/North Node) to equal the Moon's placement.  Again, this defines espionage work and spy work fairly well as far as the customers and employees (the Moon) are concerned. And yes, the signing of this act took place 23 days after the Roswell UFO crash (which may give additional strength in meaning to the Sun / Chiron definition that includes "involvement with extraterrestrials").

Research Question #3: if yes to Research Question #1, how does the "extractor of secrets" placement of Admetos / Black Moon Lilith affect Zero Degrees Aries?

Drawn in pink ink above, the midpoint of Mercury / Venus ("the salesman" or "artist") falls very close to Admetos / Black Moon Lilith. This makes the "extractor of secrets" placement a good salesman. Pluto / Poseidon (in green above) indicates "transformation of areas related to spirituality, politics, and propaganda techniques." I will let the reader be the judge in deciding if the C.I.A. is an expert at "extracting secrets via transformation (often via crisis) of areas related to spirituality and politics (as well as propaganda techniques)."

Research Question #4: if yes to research Question #1, how does the "con-artistry and sophisticated propaganda" (which is required in a spy agency) per Neptune / Poseidon placement have an "impact on the world?"

Highlighted in pink above, Neptune / Poseidon has two midpoint clusters applying to it ("organized crime" and "organizations involved in technology").This pairs with Uranus / Cupido ("technology corporations" [or "exclusive technology corporations"]) to define an impact on the world via "sophisticated use of propaganda from organized crime and from organizations involved in technology."

Research Question # 5: if yes to Research Question #1, will this intelligence agency impact the world via the use of assassinations as defined per Mars / Hades placement with Zero Degrees Aires?

Mars / Hades was strong on the JFK assassination chart. Combined with Pluto / Chiron, this defines the impact on the world by this intelligence agency via murder and assassination due to certain "agents of transformation" (a.k.a. the men and women in the suits who play God and who think they know what is important for you [and you don't] because you are a useless eater who does not know what is good for you).

Conclusion  

The time of 2:30 PM worked out well, especially with the Uranian astrology meanings applied to the Moon. The Research Questions worked out well, especially regarding the role of propaganda as a key element of the 90 degree dial readings. Again, we really do not know what time President Harry Truman signed the 1947 Act on the Sacred Cow, but this reading at 2:30 PM looks very promising.
