The Los Angeles fire began in the Palisades community (which is twenty miles from downtown Los Angeles) on January 7, 2025, shortly after 10 am. The fire was out of control at 10:30 am. The estimated time for the start of fire will be 10:05:45 am due to key analysis with the transiting Ascendant placement that defined arsonists present in the environment (and arsonists were arrested with this event). This analysis will primarily look at the Ascendant, as this point usually defines "activities going on in the environment." Uranian Astrology founder Alfred Witte prefered using the Midheaven (Mc) as primary consideration; I prefer to use the Ascendant. The Uranian Astrology 90 degree dial to be used is displayed below:

"Shortly after 10 am" will be a challenge for deciding the time. This is because the Ascendant moves one degree (60' minutes) every four mintes of clock time (and I like planetary pictures within 02' minutes for serious consideration). People have been arrested for arson with this event, so I looked for anything equal to the Ascendant shortly after 10 am that may tie into arson. I hit a bullseye at 10:05:45 am with two midpoint formulas of Uranus / Cupido ("rebellious mob; riot") and Moon / Vulcanus ("powerful impact on the public"). This indicates that at this time there was a rebellious mob in the environment that wanted to have a powerful impact on the public. Let's try to pair up this Ascendant tree for symmetry with Neptune, since this was a pretty disappointing event (and the event also featured much propaganda, which is another quality of Neptune).
And to all you naysayers, climate change (formerly known as global warming) is propaganda; the chart below proves that carbon dioxide levels do not always have an impact on the temperature of the planet.
Now lets reflect the symmetry of Neptune with the Ascendant. WOW. Venus / Admetos represents "secret relationships; secret groups" and Saturn / Uranus represents "government sedition; protest; war."
People who are engaged in sedition (and property destruction qualifies as a violent form of sedition) usually have a paymaster. Mafia button men were required to have paymasters as well (since they were not cheap). So the question needs to be asked: was a high level criminal involved with a rebellious mob (involved in sedition) and thus a part of this event? Per Hans Niggemann, the kernel formula for "the high level criminal" is Hades / Kronos. Let's pair that up with the Ascendant:
Now lets reflect the symmetry of Hades / Kronos with the Ascendant. WOW (again). Check out what Neptune is symmetrical with: Saturn / Chiron. This represents "expertise in real estate or finance (or both); an enemy of the government with government ties."

Ascendant - AS - the environment of the individual, event, or the entity (and how such responds to the environment). Physical appearance and changes in the appearance. How the public views the individual, event, or entity.
Uranus / Cupido - elopement; computer corporation; an unusual organization; family disruption; the rebellious mob
Moon / Vulcanus – powerful female or group; strong female influence; powerful influence on the public; mighty nation
Neptune - À – deception and disappointment. Things that exist but can’t be seen openly (i.e. air, spiritual entities, chemical weapons, water vapor, spies, microbiology, acts of espionage, etc.) Mysticism, services to others, and spiritual inquiry. Music, drugs, poison, pollution, intoxicants, drama, and chemicals.
Saturn / Uranus – quarrels; to depart from others and die; earthquake; open government conflicts; riots; sedition
Venus / Admetos – death of female persons; end of a relationship; failed relationship; secretive relationship; secret organizations or groups
Hades / Kronos – the kernel formula for the high level criminal; physician; government crimes and violence
Saturn / Chiron – real estate or finance expertise; the enemy; one who is a huge threat to illegal secretive organizations
Conclusion
"The event concerns the environment of Los Angeles at the time of the start of the fires in Palisades. The environment featured a rebellious mob who wanted to have a powerful impact on the public. Disappointment, deception, and propaganda were involved with the actions committed by this mob involved in riots or sedition (violent or not)." Also involved with this event was "the high level criminal involved in finance or real estate (or both)" or "an enemy of the government with government ties." This disaster may have also been caused by very poor management of the power system of L.A. (or neglected power management [planned or unplanned]. Note that the electrical power supply for Malibu gets turned off during high-speed wind storms; this turn-off takes place since live electrical wires can cause fires if winds knock down power lines next to trees growing in the vicinity of such power lines [along with years of untouched dead brush]).
