As mentioned in previous blog postings, New Moons often define "new beginnings" of some type. As far as utilization of New Moons are concerned, New Moons are ideal for parties, meetings, family gatherings, and "roundtable discussions" aimed at reconciliation of past issues. New Moons are not ideal for starting a new career, a marriage, an important venture, or anything of a permanent nature. This February 2024 New Moon also begins the Year of the Dragon in Chinese astrology, and my research indicates that this is usually the year Jupiter transits the sign of Taurus (and Taurus is strongly associated with financial resources). Financial research indicates that the U.S. stock market usually does well OR it usually recovers from a previous bad year during the Year of the Dragon. But this analysis concerns the U.S.A. horoscope, and I am not sure I like what I see unfolding this winter of 2024 (especially in areas that concern judicial review, the law, higher education, and terrorism). Below is the transit of the February 2024 New Moon applied to the horoscope of the United States of America:

Note that "bold and daring" activity from banking (i.e. the Federal Reserve) is also possible at this time due to the Mars Conjunction Pluto transit in the U.S.A. 8th House. Saturn Square Uranus may indicate a terrorist event, but it may also indicate a revolt within the ruling U.S.A. political party (due to Saturn's transit in the 10th House) and a nuclear type event as well:
CONCLUSION:
The U.S.A. general public (represented by the U.S.A. Moon) is about to undergo much conflict and dissonance that may result in substantial inner turmoil (and possible violence) in a big way during 2024. Judicial review and legal proceedings are certainly possible as the cause of such turmoil, but so are terrorism, nuclear type events (especially accidents), and shocking events in higher education and judicial review. Many non-media people and various equiped media sources suggest that the border issue, the U.S. military industrial complex, and the Washington D.C. industrial complex are probable as the sources for the cause of future turmoil (if such turmoil does indeed manifest). The open coverage of the named areas (i.e. terrorism, law/judicial review, nuclear type, higher education) that are part of transits to the U.S.A. Moon are (interestingly) the current main news stories in popular U.S.A. independent media sources (and this is largely due to the presence of Elon Musk, Alex Jones, and Tucker Carlson on X. We are witnessing an eclipsing of the mainstream media sources at this time [and the mainstream media is really suffering in viewership numbers at this time, and it may get worst]). Pray for peace; things are about to get interesting in the U.S.A. in terms of dissonance among the general population.
