One of the world`s most extreme contortionists, a Russian-born Gymnast name zlata she is 24 and her height is  5ft and 9ins and weight just eight and a half stone, zlata spends her whole time in working out and training for shows around the world She can  squeeze herself into just 50cms squared boxes and she can even blend herself backwards at 90 degree angle perfectly virtually cutting herself in half so the back of her hands touch her heels, just take a look of some great poses of Zlata.
