And we are here to give you your August energies transmission. We want to start by letting you know that you are receiving these energies because of all of the work you have done on yourselves to prepare yourselves for what is coming in the month of August and what will continue to come as you move forward on your ascension journeys. Your souls are ready to infuse more of their energies into your physical human bodies, and that is what you are going to be receiving more of throughout the month of August and beyond.
There will be a deeper, fuller merging of the physical with the nonphysical, the human, the mind and the ego with the soul, the higher self, the collective consciousness. You are all moving into a time where you are going to need a deeper, fuller awareness of who and what you really are in order to navigate through the topsy turvy times humanity still has ahead. And we tell you this not to frighten you but to prepare you so that you can recognize when something is happening that it is part of the shift in consciousness. What types of experiences you have coming for all of you will depend on which timeline you choose.
You don’t have to experience any cataclysmic events with your weather. You don’t have to experience natural disasters in order to move forward spiritually. Any natural disaster or volcanic eruption will be a reflection of the consciousness that humans still hold within themselves. And so, as you make a point of processing your negative emotions and releasing your negative thoughts, you put yourself on that timeline where things around you are shifting and changing, but they are doing so peacefully and beautifully. You all get to be a part of these experiences by projecting your consciousness out into the future that you would like to see there on planet Earth.
But getting back to your souls now. We understand how exciting this is for all of you, and we know you might be wondering what you can do to assist in the process. As we have just said, keep releasing those negative thoughts and processing those negative emotions by breathing your way through them. Don’t hold on to a negative thought or a belief, and don’t let it define you either. Let go of so much that you feel is heavy and weighing you down. Bring yourself into Mother Nature more regularly and connect with the consciousness of the trees, the flowers, the plants, the grass, the Earth. Hydrate yourselves and give yourselves the foods that you know are best for you, and continue to evolve spiritually in all the ways that you have been throughout this time in which you have been awake.
Give yourselves plenty of time to rest, relax, and meditate, and open yourselves up at the center of your heart to feel more of your soul’s consciousness pouring in. Fill yourselves with love as frequently as you can, and engage in that which brings you joy. Appreciate what you do have and expect things to get better for all of you, for all of humankind, because it can and it will, and you can consciously bring about those changes by envisioning them and holding that space for all of humanity.
Mother Mary wants to add compassion to the list, as she often does. You are going to see so much more of that on planet Earth, because you all recognize that you have experienced the pain and the suffering that your fellow humans are sometimes experiencing, and all of you want to help. Sometimes the best way to help is to just hold compassion for others in your heart. Practice breathing consciously and feeling free as well. These are the ways to work with the August energies that will continue to propel you into the fifth dimension and the conclusion of 2023, which will go down as a banner year for all of humankind.
