This is from The 2012 Scenario.

I don't know about anyone else but for me it feels like something grand is about to happen, which is a change, and fear fears change. The future, although probably fantastic is also an unknown, and fear fears the unknown... so I guess it's normal to be feeling all over the place right now! It's the end of an era, of years of suffering, and new and old emotions are being stirred up. I've been bouncing around from one emotion to another and finding it difficult to process it all.

This exercise worked instantly! Enjoy!
