Channeled- 11/11/97
Another year ends and like every other year, nothing is ever the same as the one previous. December is the culmination of six years of channeling sessions with this most recent a classic for the time Omal spends speaking about the conference arranged for all the races that interact with our planet to come together for talks. In fact, he tells us what the name the conference would be.....the Harmony Conference....due to the goal that had been set for its outcome. The second side of the recording features Lyka's explanation on the code of conduct required by both the officers and the ranks of the Sirian Defense Force.
To get us started though, Tia assumes her customary role of ring mistress and takes the opportunity to fill us in on current events. This night fell on a historic moment, the world had learned that Saddam Hussein had kicked the U.N. weapons inspectors out of Iraq which was about be the precedent for a troop buildup preparing for an eventual invasion to remove him. Tia ends by tasking Karra to detail the horrors that could be brought were he to deploy his chemical and biological warfare stockpiles. With such an outlook to look forward to, Omal comes along to yet again reveal information crucial to our understanding of the efforts being made to safeguard our path to a higher dimension. He starts by going over the intergalactic conference we had been working to establish and had reached a breakthrough in making happen. That leads to his excellent description of the chain of command of not only the base but all the way up to the Grand Council of all light workers of the Brotherhood of Light. He follows that up with a detailed explanation of what the Brotherhood of Light is, how it is organized and how it works. He gives us a perfect example to end with where the cooperation between Ashtar Command in our sector worked with a similar command in another sector to save Tia from her astral travel accident so she could become our ring mistress. As a bonus, Tia theorizes on the Command that rescued her and how she ended up on the base.
Lyka is already within the channeling field as side two gets started and from her, we get a survivalist's dream dissertation on surviving a breakdown in civil order on a large scale. She covers the code of conduct necessary for first of all leading a group through that event to the code of conduct needed within the Sirian Defense Force. She had recently decided to become a lifer in the force and serve out her voluntary five hundred years, that meant a commitment for half her life before she would be discharged with all the honors that would be her due. She finishes relating of a recent battle on a third dimensional sister world of Sirius where she was forced to do something she regretted doing but was left with no choices. She is replaced by Karra who I remind of my assignment to continue with her son on search and rescue training missions that I participated in on occasions in my astral form with one of the base ships. Karra follows on after that fulfilling Tia's request to explain the horrors of biological warfare as it was a threat the world faced at the time in Iraq. As we get to the end of her time talking, there is a very accurate prediction made that when push came to shove, Saddam Hussein would choose not to employ his arsenal and would destroy it instead. It was a time capsule of events twenty-one years ago we can now look back on the lessons learned.
