I did Transmission Meditation back in the early 2000s, for a few years....But don't do it now, as I have other tasks...
The main skill is focus upon the ajna centre and if your concentration wavers, using the "OM" to re-align the energies....The Masters relay the transmitted (manasic) energy via the meditators and distribute it where needed, to humanity...So this meditation is easier than Triangles, but does require dedication and concentration skills...It does assist the building of the antakaharana in all practitioners and so aids evolution for any aspirant...But it's greatest role is to raise the potential in humanity as a whole....It is highly potent and links us all to the Spiritual Hierarchy...
I would recommend it....
