There is no perfect rest

Even in a deep forest,

There is no perfect rest

Even on the peaks of Mt. Everest

If the mind is at unrest.

All is the same – palace or forest

If the mind you arrest

Then He is your nearest

And you are His dearest

Causing mutual interest.

(Offered at the lotus feet of my Guru Siddha Nath)

    Our minds are so bombarded it is hard to take time to really be at a state of being, just being and creating, it should be first nature for us let alone second nature. I look forward to a world where we can all just be love and create all the while we all everywhere in the world treating one another as a close friend or family member.
