The techniques have been extremely useful and that is the only thing I know for sure, and what really matters. Mindfulness is a part of them. Not sure how people look at "mindfulness", but at least it is a part of the techniques.
I DON;T WANT TO START A DISCUSSION HERE, THAT WOULD BRING IN THE OCCULT. BUT I WILL TRY TO ANSWER YOUR QUESTIONS. YES DEMONS CAN RISE IF TRULY REPENTED, BUT THEY ARE NOT ALLOWED TO COME BACK HERE. THEY ARE RECYCLED. THEY MUST START ALL OVER AGAIN. ONE REASON THEY ARE NOT ALLOWED BACK HERE IS SO THEY DON'T FALL INTO THE TRAP OF RECEIVING ENERGY FROM THOSE WHO STILL WORSHIP THE FALSE GODS OF THE DARK SIDE. THIS WOULD PULL THEM BACK DOWN TO WHERE THEY WHERE BEFORE AND THOSE FOLLOWING THEM WOULD FALL WITH THEM.SO IF HE HAS REPENTED HE CAN'T BE HERE AND IF HE IS HERE HE HAS NOT REPENTED AND HE WILL BRING YOU DOWN WITH HIM AFTER HE CONSUMES YOUR LIGHT.I WOULD SUGGEST YOU FOLLOW THOSE WHO SPEAK OF THE CREATOR FATHER AS THE SOURSE OF LIGHT.GOD IS WITHEN GO WITHEN ,FIND GOD,FIND LOVE, WITH THE HELP OF THE HOLY SPIRIT.
How do you know that Belzebuub is evil? Because you have read texts about the name? That doesn't give you knowledge about reality. If angels can fall, can't demons rise? I tell you, if you want to know what this man is saying and make statements about the things he says, you need to explore what he says, not just judge him because of a name. Distinguish between what you have read and what you actually know, if you are after the truth that is, and knowing the truth. Texts are only paper and ink (in terms of knowledge) if experience is lacking...
I'm just sharing my experience - the techniques have helped me so much. I have never met this man physically, but the techniques and practices that he (and others) teaches have helped me very much. Please, don't judge the things in this book because a belief, it won't help anyone, especially not yourself. It is like throwing a good hammer away because you have heard bad things about it (more or less); you need to get objective experience about things in order to know things.

The techniques have helped me to overcome depression which I had struggled with all my life and never before managed to overcome completely and also other negative states and addictions. They have made me feel peaceful states which I had only felt when I was a little child. They have made me feel true love/care for others and improved my relationships. I don't really see how that is garbage... But then again, not sure if you really know what the techniques really are...
The techniques in this book has only been beneficial to me and very helpful, that's why I share it. What makes you say that it is a bad thing? Have you read the book?
