Focus and absolute relaxation into the Alpha State and Trance State are helpful in allowing I AM THAT I AM to unite His Consciousness into us for healing or manifestation. I AM THAT I AM is always available as Being. However, His Consciousness only travels into those who are allowing God to enter in through the Quiet, the Focus, the Stillness, the Voice within. This is the first step in healing, manifesting and ascending.
What is really happening when a person is working on raising their consciousness into a higher place where they feel like they are in the Presence of God's Love is they have risen up into their Ultra Violet Blue Chakra or Third Eye where this Psychic phenomenon of a Higher Version of Reality, or a Higher Frequency can exist. When a person raises their consciousness even a little higher either through music, Reiki exercises, or even Yoga, they are simply LETTING GO of the Light within the Chakras in the Body that Hold the Light within them.
When they let go of the light in the ultra violet blue chakra and the purple or violet chakra that sits on the crown of the head, the Chakras of Light Energy that have been holding the body in place move up and around the body and the body feels like it has disappeared. This results in the feeling of freedom, expansion, becoming closer to God or even Levitation. Those who do this same practice of Raising Consciousness through Metaphysical Reading are doing the exact same thing. They just do not realize that they have chakras that releasing light energy into a fire around them that is allowing their Spirit to Rise.
They believe that this reading passages on Practicing the Presence has brought them into the Mind of God and that they are being healed because they are reading these truths. This is all a little bit true because it is the reading that makes the mind believe that the body is letting go of the world and that belief allows the chakras to dissolve and send their light up and around the body. It is the light in the body turning into the flame of light energy around the body that allows the Spirit to rise out of the body or Ascension or Death. Either of these methods of moving the light out of the body and up above the head until their is a connection made with the light and sound of the Cosmos and the Joy beyond that level is what can allow a person to ascend with their body. This allows the body to disappear.
A person who dies also rises through the Veil of translation, who many have translated into the idea of Heaven. After they travel through this Veil of translation they can return home to the Over Soul Realm, which has also been called heaven by those in many religious circles. All of these things can be approached through metaphysics, quantum science, belief tools or the actual precise light and sound technology of what is actually what is happening. This Consciousness is made of various frequencies that are packaged in many forms, in many vibrations, many colors.
This Infinite Spectrum of Light and Sound is all a part of the energy spectrum of life. It has wide ranges, heights, and depths of infinite perspectives and proportions. When we are working on Ascending, we are working on expanding our spectrum of frequencies out into the full spectrum that includes all levels of light and sound contained in the density of this hertzian, or audible realm of the Universe, as well as all spectrums of density as they grow less and less dense and finally there is no density at all within the white light spectrum of the Source Field.
When we work on ascension we are actually needing to bring in these frequencies of all of the densities of reality that exist as hertzian, infra red, visible light, invisible light, ultra violet, gamma, x-ray, pink white light and the entire spectrum of the purple, pastel, white light and golden white light. Most of these frequencies are far beyond the audible range within the hertzian or solfege spectrum of light and sound. Most of them are outside ad beyond what is normally being hear. Those who are ascending into a higher and higher frequency of ascension must rise into all of the light found within the light itself.
One way of realizing this is to visualize how this is done by using the Candle Technique that I designed and placed with visual art on my website. This Candle Technique reveals that if one is to think of them self as standing within the light of the candle flame itself, they would be included within this full spectrum of light.
