Reiki is life force energy within you and around you. It heals, soothes, transforms and transcends your body, mind and spirit.To learn Reiki is to awaken the natural healing abilities within you. The process to awaken your innate ability is called an attunement.
The class is a combination of lecture, discussion and experience. Practice time includes giving and receiving a complete Reiki treatment using all the hand positions, distant healing and practice using all of the Japanese Reiki Techniques.
As your teacher and mentor, I will teach Reiki basics. You will have a solid understanding of what Reiki is and how to use it. More importantly, I will guide you to discover your Reiki style and to develop your unique expression of Reiki.
Reiki is so simple, yet so amazing and very easy to learn. After this course, you can offer Reiki to family, friends and your pets.
A Reiki I Practitioner certificate is provided at the conclusion of the class.
