Point of Peace Message from Djwal Kuhl

Dawn Katar channels a daily Point of Peace Message from the Ascended Realms, including Ascended Masters, Archangels, Extraterrestrials and others of the Highest Realms.  Each message is a meditation and acts to move us deeply within ourselves to that place of infinite Peace and Light, many have called Home.

 

"By  all means, welcome Peace today.  What is required for you to do so?  Simply place your focus on your inner calm, by all means necessary.  Create an illusion of space between you and others.  Turn off your telephones.  Put a sign on your door, "Do not disturb".  Leave the cat or dog outside your personal space.  Sit comfortably and begin to relax your physical body, your mental body, your emotional body.  Focus on your breath and the inner calm. Dedicate yourself to Peace, by all means.  You are worthy. Breathe and repeat, "I am worthy".
