I have a mango tree in my yard that I have known my whole life! 

Once upon a time, my mango tree flourished with mangos, however past few seasons has not produced any.  My mango tree began to deteriate and shedding leaves massively.  I felt compelled to do attempt to help the tree.  I thought it was on the brink of dying, many seasons of no mangoes now the leaves that are showering all day long.  I felt as though trees and plants are living organisms and respond to love.  I climbed the tree like I once did when I was a kid at first I only put a hand on it and spoke to it from my heart asking what is wrong and begging it to not fall ill and die, you've provide comfort and coolness on hot days.  The following day the mango tree had stopped shedding leaves and within the next few days small flowers poked out in random areas.  I had a few mangos this season that were delicious.  My mango tree responds to love and attention and thanked me.  It's amazing the gifts that plants can give you.  Trees are amazing most of them have been around for longer then we were alive.  They have seen a lot and without love wither.  Spend some time with a tree and see what gifts it has to offer.
