A basic conclusion at the end is provided for the uninitiated. The time selected is 10:00 pm in Washington D.C., November 5, 2024. Live cable television and live internet coverage of the 2024 election may have unfortunately made this time obsolete for usefulness for the timing of this political event. This was traditionally the time when we turned on the television to see who won, or who was about to win (or lose). The current election reports coming in are announced from cable television news coverage people. This is not to be confused with alternative Hollywood entertainment in case we'd rather not want to watch news coverage by such cable television news coverage people. Because of their history for being dishonest with the public, the mainstream media practice of dishonesty may actually work with a 2024 election that may take time to settle or reconcile. There is currently blatant absence of news coverage of recent crazy changes in voting laws (such as disallowing signature recognition [which was a straight-forward activity I did at the polls prior to my voting in the 2024 election]). And if I question the presentation from the mainstream media regarding this 2024 election, I will be labeled as another conspiracy theorist who can't trust the mainstream media presentation and therefore must have O.D.D. (Oppositional Defiance Disorder [which is a mental health issue used for diagnosing pre-schoolers, and not adults as per the Wikipedia definition. Now on to election day 2024. The chart above (July 4, 1776) is the American Federation of Astrologers horoscope chart. This 1776 chart is displayed below, but this time with the 2024 election day planets and luminaries (Sun and Moon) in the outer houses.

This 10:00 pm time is crucial since from that moment onward the Jupiter Conjunction Ascendant transit ("law presence and good luck in the environment") starts to leave the 07' minute orb of equality and thus weakens in exact strength (but will still be recognized as probable for influence over the next three days. This is important since the new and crazy election laws in the state of Nevada may define this election as not getting settled until November 8, 2024). Chiron Conjunction Chiron (in green above) takes place in the 11th House. The 11th House is often called "the house of the associates" of the entity, and in the case of the United States this defines municipalities and state governments as such probable "associates." Because of Chiron being associated with "advanced technology not available to the public," this includes the new computerized voting machines and internet information (pertaining to voting) not available to the public (i.e. censorship). Thus, issues involving voting machine technology in certain states may be making the news (hopefully) during the the 2024 U.S. election, along with certain internet information becoming not available to the public at this time (i.e. censorship). Venus Square Neptune (in blue above, with natal Neptune in the 4th House) may define acts of deception or political conflict within the 4th House non-ruling party (Republican Party). There is a real possibility of deception within the Republican party at this time; the problem with government is that government attracts the wrong kind of people. Finally, drawn in red above, the 10th House ruling party (Democratic Party) still has problems with Saturn transiting the natal 10th House. This is the house of Saturn, and Saturn can be very demanding. The Grand Trine of transiting Sun Trine Saturn applying to the natal U.S. Sun strongly suggests a conservative change in personality, but it may also define "restrictions applied concerning the appearance of the entity." This may define censorship again, but note that a conservative change in the personality of the U.S. has been noticed to be taking place over the past month. Please note that Saturn goes direct at 12 degrees Pisces 42' minutes during mid November 2024; the U.S.A. transit of Saturn Trine Sun will thus be exact for most of November 2024. Thus, there may be either a conservative change in appearance of the U.S.A., or there may be government censorship taking place in some way.
Conclusion
The presence of law involvement in the U.S. environment will be extensive and extreme during the 2024 U.S. election. The probable reason for this may concern terrorism threats during the U.S. election, but there may also be advanced technology issues in certain U.S. states and municipalities (and this includes voting technology irregularities and possible censorship taking place within such U.S. states and municipalities). The 4th House non-ruling party (Republican Party) may experience problems with deception and inner-party conflict at this time. There is a real possibility of many broken friendships taking place throughout the U.S. at this time (and also within the Republican Party) as the 2024 election results come in. The 10th House ruling party (Democratic Party) has a big problem with transiting Saturn in the U.S.A. 10th House. This transit indicates there is a real possibility of "fall from power" for the ruling party (Democratic) with Saturn transiting the 10th House. Another possibility is fraud and deception taking place within the Democratic Party (and getting exposed); deceptive Neptune is transiting this 10th house as well.
