This may not apply to all light bearers at this time as there are a wide range of ascension symptoms and dimensional frequency shifts taking place.
Know there is an outpouring of universal love, care and Angelic assistance for each and everyone.
This is addressing the ones that are not fitting into the easement of the new Earth energies.
This is for the new forerunners, bridge builders, ultra sensitive empaths who may have been on the path for a while and old souls.
And this is not to say that you will not be experiencing joy and flowing with the new currents; this is to comfort, acknowledge and empower you, as most light bearers will and/or have gone through varying ranges and degrees of what we are sharing.
We wish to address:
1. New forerunners, empathic extra emotional sensitivities, and heightened awareness
2. Dark entities, negative attack and personal outmoded agendas
3. Increase in health issues
Some of the new forerunners, bridge builders and ultra sensitive empaths may be experiencing extreme ascension symptoms of core self issues of where you belong on the Earth, and who you are now, and having been on the path for so long you may wonder how this could be.
There has been a huge vibrational frequency shift division that is so dramatic that you may not be finding your energy reference any more.
This has caused an increase of endings/new beginnings as your soul contracts and agreements in other realms and dimensions are up and at varying levels and degrees of dark energies, entities and attacks.
These dramatic energies can serve to get you out to do your spirit work at a higher level and to look at and release personal outmoded agendas.55
These personal spirit agendas have served your path of what you thought and believed your purpose has been to this point; now they are being recalibrated to higher soul journey of the new Earth.
You are being given an opportunity to release any attachments and old concepts of your sprit path and spiritual work to an even grander expansion and destiny of who you are in the universe.
A new Earth vibrational shift has caused a greater resonance field division of dark and light that is pushing you to see your point of creation counterparts that at certain times on your path can come as dark energies and entities.
You may have not wished to see or acknowledge the dark entities of this part of creation. If this is occurring then you are at an initiation of great significance of your Soul Core I Am Presence from your place of Creation.
You are now ready to receive and create balance and harmony within the kingdoms of your created field of reference within creation.
It is quite an honor and privilege to be at such a place.
This comes with an increase in your divine power of spiritual abilities that can now be activated for the betterment of all life and creation. Know that you have increased the Universal Light on the planet.

The dramatic frequency dimensional shift is showing you that the dark, counter energies to the light, the systems of Earth that are not serving you, do not have power over you or your world.
The agreement with your counterpart of origin was to awaken you to the eternal truth of your universal totality of Presence.
Many forerunners are awakening to being gatekeepers of certain resonance frequencies of the kingdoms of Creation.
You, the new architects, are being shown more of Creation and are pulsing through the waves and layers of illusions, awakening to divine truth as Divine Creator Beings.
To the ultra sensitive empathic and Blue Rays, your presence of being is a grand frequency gift to the Earth and humanity.
You are re-establishing the empathic sacred resonance fields to Earth, Nature, the Universe and Cosmos.
You may find yourself being pushed to come out into the world and into your divine power. Know that you are being shown a part of you that you were not always aware of. 88

Health issues caused by increased electrical vibrational shifts
An electric circuitry shift is affecting the biology of the body that can create health situations.
And because soul contracts and agreements at another level are up, health conditions could arise and/or you are getting better and healed.
Know that both can occur sometimes without warning, quickly and instantaneously.
Some beings may choose to leave the planet as new portals are opening; you may be beckoned from the other realms and dimensions for your new mission.
Remember, you can negotiate and even ask to see more of the new mission on the other side and to see the future here on Gaia. 13
Being ultra sensitive and empathic, these shifts can increase your sensory awareness.
You can see this in the outward appearance of the weather and Earth shifts and manipulations. These shifts can intensify and heighten emotions that you are not used to experiencing.
You may be experiencing rage, anger, and hurt.
This can be from the release of deep seated group consciousness and your own DNA ancient healing of your star lineage. 333
It is suggested to consult a healthcare professional for ascension symptoms as not every symptom is from ascension.
And though it may be an ascension symptom, you still may need assistance with the process. These are suggestions; trust your own intuition.
Take extra self care, lots of down time and rest, increase your water intake for circuitry body balancing, increase nutrition minerals. raw foods, foods caring more light force and electrolytes, do meditation, and take salt baths.
You, the new forerunners, bridge builders, ultra sensitive empaths, are ascending first and are paving the energetic matrix and light body.
Your light bodies are responding with greater awareness and sensitivity. You may hear your crystalline energy fields vibrating like never before.
They are adjusting and are sensitive and require extreme care. 22 Especially when you get out of balance or very emotional they may sound loud and have a larger, wavier vibration.
Through all of this is very good news. To have this new awareness is divine power; it gives you heightened spiritual abilities to shift and transcend things quickly.
You are adjusting to the new scenery and frequencies; it’s like you have been given a grander way to use your star gate body vehicle.
Like a new car or new program, now you can do things you were not able to do before.

Trust your intuition and energy boundaries as some days the energies will be thick and intense; there will be better times to be out in the world.
