I have been always following the love within me right from age of five. When I was in school, I formed a group called people on earth for peace and love.
Last year, I found my self. My inner love when I visited the OSHO ashram in Pune, India. This happened when doing the kundalini meditation. I learned the neuEnergy meditation technique as I sat in the silent meditation room.
The basic steps of neuEnergy meditation are as follows:
1. Be Humble - Bow you head towards the divine power within you.
2. Love yourself first - Take care of your body, mind and soul.
3. Soar High - Never be disheartened. Fly towards the divine light like a free bird.
4. Share with others - Divide your heart and your love and join with others.
5. Be at peace - Learn to live, be calm and relax.
6. Make your wish - You have a right to be happy and ask for what you want.
