In the name of my Source Self, Higher Self, all my Soul Aspects throughout the universes, and my Self in this Now,
In the name of Mother-Father God-Goddess, Jesus Immanuel Sananda, Lady Nada, and my beloved Twin Flame,

I Accept, Appreciate, Attract and Allow all that is in my highest good, in this Now.

I release all programming that upholds suffering as a necessary attribute of growth, and fill my Being in this Now with higher dimensional creativity and expansion, in which all growth occurs through harmony, peace, love, joy, ecstasy and the bliss of pure Source alignment.

I breathe this Truth into every cell, strand, particle and subtle ion of my Being, and imprint it in all levels with the Blue Flame of Archangel Michael, in Truth, Courage, Faith, Joy and Clarity.

I allow any part of my BEing, mental, emotional, physical or spiritual, that is holding the suffering programme of duality, to release it Now into the Light of Source.

I seal this Truth in the mercy and freedom of the Purple Flame, and in the Diamond Light centre of my Heart.
