A solar return is known as a "birthday" (or return of the Sun to the exact zodiac position at the time of birth), but due to time considerations note that the solar return return can take place +/- 1 day from the tradtional birthday. This didn't happen for 2026; the date and time of the 2026 U.S.A. solar return is July 4, 2026 at 1:35:26 pm. A solar return usually can describe certain activities taking place with the entity (in this case the U.S.A.) in the coming months (and in this case summer of 2026). Below is the horoscope I like to use for the U.S.A., which is the tradtional AFA U.S.A. horoscope with a time of 3:02 am.

The transit of Neptune Square Jupiter does not get exact for a Square in 2026, but the Square is within two degrees for the summer of 2026. With Neptune transiting the 11th House of associates, tension concerning financial speculation involved in markets and/or "associates" of the U.S.A. (which includes state and local governments) are sure to be an issue this summer of 2026. Also note that wild financial swings on Wall Street and/or the Chicago Board of Trade are probable this summer of 2026. Saturn Opposition Saturn takes place with Saturn in the 11th House. Scandals and/or conflict involving state and local governments with the Federal government are also probable this summer of 2026. Because Saturn transiting the 11th House is often described as "the lone wolf" transit of Saturn, state and local governments may try to exert some form of independence from the Federal government, and with the tension of the Neptune Square Jupiter transit, it is "speculation" that they may succeed (especially if money or resoures are involved).
