Today Sanat Kumara answered the question about grounding higher energies, especially that come through our Soul Uplinks. He answered the question with this message:
“I would like for everyone to consider what 'grounding' means. I ask you to make
a shift in perception that will make a world of difference – literally. Present understanding of grounding entails that you bring your awareness back into third-dimensional Earth – the Old Earth. However, in the quantum realms, Mother Gaia has already ascended. She is waiting for you to catch up with her. In other words, the New Earth is already present as an overlay on the Old Earth. She is already present like the air which you feel but cannot physically see. But you can feel her if you open up your senses.
What I am saying to you is to ground up, not down. Bring your awareness into the New Earth. Take any grounding practice you have discussed and tweak it with your intention. For example, holding the dark gemstones, say, 'I open my heart to these stones as they are in the New Earth' or 'I open my senses...' Find what wording works for you. As you bring your awareness into your body, intend to opend your awareness to your New Earth body. Eat foods (another grounding practice) from the New Earth. Make statements of intent that open your feeling sense to being in your New Earth body and walking the New Earth.
Mostly the uncomfortable symptoms are evidence of the vibrational gap between these dimensions. Making a conscious effort to ground up into the New Earth will greatly ease this because it closes that vibrational gap. A large percentage of the time Leia is tuning into me – consciously or unconsciously – or I am tuning into her. She is already very much at home in the New Earth frequencies. She does not realize this because she is so used to it, until she is faced with a construct still of the Old World. Then she is very uncomfortable with it. I point this out to her so she will understand what she is experiencing better.
Indeed, this is a leap in consciousness which you are continually making. The little mind is fiercely holding onto the old constructs which the Uplinks are shaking loose. Yet asserting your Will and intentionally grounding up will release the little mind's grasp and help you in your transition. I hope you find this helpful.
